Kendra's energy in the Pilates class is badass!!! :) she is upbeat, energetic, motivating, encouraging! I love the Pilates class!

One of the best hot yoga studios I’ve gone to. Great teachers, clean, big changing room with 4 showers, amazing customer service. Definitely the best in Baltimore!
