I needed new pants for the Fall/Winter so I popped in on a Friday evening. Trey was incredibly knowledgeable and helpful. I’m very specific about the way pants fit and he had no problem helping me find the right pair and size. I’ve never had a pants shopping experience go this quick and smooth and that’s all thanks to Trey.

Been in twice. First time felt like a guilt trip to buy. Gave it another shot, worse. Multiple associates insisted things fit when they clearly didn’t. Odd, since they had my size, the one I gave them when I walked in. Still, they measured me, then claimed everything fit, even the same shirt with different sleeve lengths. One said tailoring the neck would fix the sleeve. Rolled a suit jacket up to my forearm, showed 2.5 inches of cuff—“perfect”. Either they’ve never seen someone wear a suit, or they’re pretending.
I didn’t buy the shirt that fit because the quality was horrible, and definitely not high enough quality to tailor, they’re flimsy. That parts on me should have realized before the mess.

Went today for a fitted suit on a short timeline. As soon as I walked in, I was greeted by Lauren, who was incredibly kind and helpful. She was incredibly detail oriented and patient with my many questions. She also had a great sense of taste and style.
Of note - they do not sell shoes or socks.
Though this was my first time visiting, it certainly won't be my last. Highly recommend a visit!

Walked in with no appointment to find a tux for my wedding. Jerry helped me out. He was super knowledgeable and kind. I purchased my suit within the hour.

I made an appt to be fitted for a suit. When I arrived I was immediately greeted by Jerry who ended up assisting me. I can’t say enough how helpful he was and how much I appreciated his help. He was super nice, knowledgeable, and had great taste. I ultimately walked out of there with my wedding suit and couldn’t be happier. GIVE THIS MAN A RAISE

Had no success finding a winter-weight jacket to upgrade from my tubey Bean coats for nights out & restaurants. Looked everywhere, but found 1 style that fit Perfectly at Bonobos-Montgomery Mall except it was wrong color. The lady was very helpful & optimistic we could find 1 post-Xmas & pointed me toward the DC store. Matthew in DC was out, but he found 1 in Baltimore Harbor East & connected me with Julia. I was so excited, that i drove up there and purchased. The Bonobos people are the best! Love their style. Love their quality. Hey, I got it on Sale too! THANKS!

I visited the store eith my boyfriend. He'd been once before but this was my first time. He was helped by Dominique and she did a fabulous job. The other 2 employees didn't help him directly but were still so nice to/professional with both of us. Really enjoyed the experience, I wish they had a version for women!

Great experience all around. I don't know much about clothes or how to be stylish, but Jerry was especially helpful - not too salesy, but knowledgeable. Looking forward to needing more clothes and going back.

It was my first time shopping here and had an amazing experience. I was helped by Leo initially who took the time to explain every single detail of their collection and also helped me find the right ones. He was extremely patient and helpful. Had to go to the store for the second time when the manager Julia was so kind and thorough and got things taken care of with so much ease. Will definitely go back again. Highly Recommend!!!

Clean and classy. I went shopping here for just one piece that I needed. I did not actually find it since they did not carry it, but the two gentlemen that were at the counter that evening were very helpful and insightful. The store itself was very clean and organized. Combine that element with the wonderful store associates and you have Bonobo's - a place I did not actively shop at, but is on my list to do so for any future needs.

Easy buying experience. Just understand it will take two days to get items. Buying at the store just entails a guided online purchasing experience. They are very familiar with products and brand style. Bought stuff back in December and everything has held up.

Absolutely fantastic customer service. Needed a new suit for some upcoming weddings and decided to check Bonobos since I've been wearing their pants for years and love the fit. Adrian was extremely friendly and unbelievably helpful, highly recommend and will definitely be a returning customer.
