Omg kudos to Sarah and Laura. Their customer service skills go above and beyond. Sarah went out of her way to make sure that my phone service was rightfully restored and that it was. And Laura made me feel very welcome and helped me locate some better phone cases for my phone. I tip my hat off to the 2 beautiful ??'s that work for boost mobile. They were spot on when they hired you both. Keep up the extraordinary work!!!!????

About the same experiences I have at all other Boost's (except one in Hagerstown which is fantastic) as well as the same as most all other phone store places (T-Mobile is the worst!) But they all have a tendency to just flat out LIE! No matter how many times I go in there, and say there is an issue with my phone--(and I DO pay the $7.50/mo warranty) I end up walking out of there having spent between another $100-$250 for another same quality phone. They will always say I am qualified for a replacement or at least an upgrade but for some strange reason they're always "out of" the one I happen to need. Therefore, unless I want to wait and wait and wait, I end up giving in and buying the phone. (Which is why I tried T-Mobile next time and have an even worse experience from there)I understand people need to make their paychecks. I have worked in sales and for 100% commission throughout my entire 25+ yr career. I can assure you, you can make good money, keep your customers happy and be a great employees with wonderful rapport with my clients without ever telling a lie!
