They have poor. Customer service takes money from people who paid for phone service or bill . Don't care about customers satisfaction and instead give you a problem to reconnect your phone. Woman at tiland steals your money:/

Right next to a liquor store. When I asked about a particular phone, dude said they're not made anymore and that I'd need to order it directly from corporate if it's on the website. I turn around and there's a photo and specs for the same phone right on the wall. What?

Loyal customers are not treated as so during a pandemic. Definitely dealt with shady activity from the employee end. Will be looking for another service!
