Good experience at the store, however, I was only there because there system was down. So of course they still added the $4.60 to it still for paying in store.

They denied me service because I left a 2 star review over a previous incident. I will never go here again unless they begin to operate under new management

This began a few months ago when I purchased a pair of wireless earbuds. They were very poor quality, so I returned a few days later asking for a refund. I kept the receipt which detailed I should be entitled to a full refund. The store clerk who assisted me at that time said I would not be able to get a refund since they can't resell earbuds. That is not my problem since they sold me a bad product in the first place. They said they would contact management about this but he was out the office for an extended lunch so I would need to wait hours before getting a reply. I left a 2-star review on Google expressing my disappointment. I returned the day after and was given half of what I spent on the earbuds as store credit. I accepted this but was still unsatisfied since according to the info printed on the receipt and on their corporate's website, I should have been entitled the full cash refund. Today, I returned looking to purchase a charger. I never had a problem with a charger I purchased from them before, so this was something I trusted them on. The problem is that the same store clerk from before was manning the counter again today and they refused me service until I took down my previous 2-star review.

Very unprofessional. Refused to sell me a phone. Drove 45 min to store staff very lazy not willing to answer questions. Acted like me basking questions and explain my issues was inconvenience. Staff member used racist slurs towards me. Worst experience ever. Owner removed my last review. To hide my comments.
