The young woman who waited on me several times because Ian a senior citizen was very polite and patient with me because my situation took place over a period of three days and she remained very nice and command because of her I can send this message to you please reward her in some form or fashion understanding and patience was very appreciated thank God for her she’s Great

I went into this store to get 2 phones unlocked because I took my service to Tmobile..he said they are stupid and should tell you to unlock phone before coming to them and I told him that I was unaware of the phones I OWN to be locked..Casey told me that I had to go call customer service to unlock phones and when I told him he could call he seemed annoyed..very poor customer service
