This place is awful first to even get in the store it's like going through airport security I was forced to throw my drink out I just purchased from auntie Anne's just to go in and them not even have what I needed a mattress topper smdh the lines are always dreadfully long won't be returning here not to mention they pissed off our local dundalk santa as well so this place will probably be going out of business next. We definitely won't be shopping here again.

I visited today to purchase somethings, I asked for washroom to a old lady however was rude and she told me “don’t disturb me again people are fool here they seen m working somewhere then why they ask me for washroom” after i looking for lowers but she again told me don’t spoil anything and don’t take if off she was rude that time so i leave everything and i took what i has for
I will not come again , bcz i paid for it i’m not paying for taking insult and misbehaviour

I came and shopped there for over 2 hours today. I had a cart full of stuff and after waiting in line for my turn I was told they didn't have any bags but I could purchase their reusable bags they had for sale for $2.99 each. I asked the cashier politely if she could give me 50% off of the purchase of my BAGS only. I calmly explained that Burlington is a huge corporation that should have bags and bc they don't shouldn't mean I should have to foot the full cost of them considering I would need at least 5 or 6 bc I had so much stuff.
The cashier rudely told me they don't give discounts for that and proceeded to start ringing me up. I asked to speak to her manager. She laughed and said "she'even worse than me but ok!" She then yells across the room to let her manager know, I want a discount since they didn't have bags. The manager comes over loud, rude, and ghetto as ever saying I can buy it or not but they ain't giving me a discount as if I asked for it on my entire order or something. To say the least I don't take or accept disrespect from anyone so I told them they can keep all their stuff and I'll just shop somewhere else that has bags. The manager started screaming that if I didn't put the stuff back where it belonged I'd be banned from the store as if I was the one who did something wrong.
After leaving the store I was approached by a Hispanic lady who has been filing complaints against this same manager for over a year and upon reading the comments I see she has been completely nasty to multiple people. Tomorrow it will be my mission to talk to EVERY PERSON in their corporate office if I have to in order to get her fired! It's absurd how many times they have let her get away with this behavior. They literally lost a $300-$400 sale over a 2.99 bag! And could I have purchased the bags? sure, but I refuse to shop at places I'm not respected at. So it was the principal for me.

Employees had an attitude, raising they’re voice with my kids and putting them on the look out for 3 kids riding around with a kart when they were looking for sweatshirts minding their business and when I was only 3-4 aisles away watching my kids and one of the employees said my kids have to be with me as store policy but other kids weren’t even with their parents and my kids even had their phones with them.

I went here around 9 pm and I was taking my time browsing around in the women’s clothing while I was talking in the phone and the lady that was organizing the clothing told me “ excuse me are you going to be in your phone? Because we are closing soon “ and I said so I can’t be in my phone and then she said “ I am working and you are just in your phone and I can’t get through to keep organizing this section” so I said… I can’t take my time choosing what am I going to buy and I can’t talk in the phone and then I just walk away and didn’t really buy what I needed because she was rushing me, she wanted to do her job without me being on the way. But I was a customer and I needed to get some stuff on my own pase. 🫤

Okay, craziest experience me and my family just had. Before that though, the store is super clean and organized now and it definitely feels better to shop, but these employees are out of hand. My mother was trying to use the bathroom so she asked some random worker and the worker yelled at her saying "IM NOT GONNA STOP MY JOB TO OPEN THE DOOR FOR YOU!". My mother just said thank you when she opened the door for her but the lady started yelling at the door like a mad-women and was yelling at her to get out when someone opened the door for her. The lady was then walking around like crazy when i walked near the door and she gave me a weird look. She then came back when my mother left the bathroom and started yelling at her and me. I didn't see her name but she was black and had braids. She was also telling her coworker a completely different story, saying my mother was talking bad about her when this woman can't even understand my mom's language? We couldn't even finish paying for our items. The lady was causing a scene and she specifically smalled like weed/alcohol. Overall a very scary and unnerving experience, she was yelling as if she was going to hit me/my mom. Never coming back again that is so messed up. Please check yalls employees and fire that lady. Again, black with braids and had a messed up/angry face.

FIRE THE MANAGER ASAP
I went with my family to buy some gifts. But as soon as we entered an old woman in a red vest started talking about how uncomfortable she was with my presence, ordering one of the security guys to keep an eye on us. Even so, I went in and started looking at some clothes and that woman was following us closely, bordering on harassment. When my son told me he wanted to see some toys, she immediately approached and said, "This is not an entertainment area" and pushed us away. I immediately grabbed my children and left that store. I spoke to a security guy and he told me that she was the manager and that she always treated customers like that, especially if they are Hispanic. That she even treats the employees badly.
I will really think twice before going to buy from that store again.

Employees are rude, obnoxious unprofessional, and I would travel outside of city limits just to go to another store. Between the profanity, and then calling you out your name, the demeanor, they would never get my money

Yesterday I had a bad experience, I went to buy a gift for my niece and I put my daughter in the seat of the shopping cart, which is precisely for small children and my daughter is only 3 years old and the lady at the store told me to put her down. It was very heavy and it would damage the car. My daughter felt bad and told me that the lady was upset. I told her that nothing was wrong and I put it down and when I put it down to pay at the cash register, the same lady started yelling at me saying that I should carry the car. my daughter because if He said he was going to do some prank and things like that, my daughter felt very bad, she told me, Mommy, I am a very polite girl, I'm not going to do pranks, I told her, mija, let him, he started yelling at us and telling us to put things away so he can start charging us quickly and if not, he'll tell me. outside I just hugged my daughter and told her thank you very much I'm not going to buy anything she said ok but to leave quickly I hugged my daughter and left I used to go shopping there but from now on I won't go there again a lot of racism and I think that We are all human and deserve to be treated as such.

Zero stars the maniger is incredibly disrespectful i am a pregnant lady and needed to use the bathroom i asked her if i could use the bathroom please which she replied with an offensive and a racist tone saying "I don't have to open the bathroom for you i'll go open it leater if you don't want to wait then you can leave". While she was walking to open the bathroom she keept saying "I don't have to clean the bathroom for you". There is no respect for any one in this store there is lots of racism especially towardss hispanics.

Store mananger or supervisor or what ever, is very disrespectful. I watched this lady talk to the young man who was on the register in a rude manner. All because per her he was ripping the recips wrong! If she can't talk to her team the right way she has no business being a store manager. However before this incident, the lady was also talking to customers in a very unprofessional manner. She was being very disrespectful. This all happened today 1/5/25. I'm a regular customer and this is my first time seeing this manager, so either she is new or I just never seen her before.

Long line and two cashiers, and it's not like they are short staffed, plenty of employees just walking around.
