Burlington coat factories seem to be shrinking,in terms of their stores locations so I know that it affects their bottom line. So I tend to purchase mostly online.

There are some good things about this location. The layout was organized and orderly. I didn't have any issues finding what I needed because of good signage. From what I saw, there was a good selection of clothing, shoes, bags, etc to pick from. And there is plenty of parking, which is a plus. What makes me rethink coming back to this location is the lack of fitting rooms and employees on the floor to ask for help. The store is really big in size, yet they only had 2 mini closet size fitting rooms to try clothes on. One of the rooms was occupied which I could tell by the red light over the door. The other room had a green light but the door was locked. I knocked on the door but there wasn't anyone in there. And there wasn't anyone on the floor to ask for help. I find it hard to believe that there was only technically 1 fitting room in that whole big store to try on clothes. For me I have to try on pants because not all sizes, cut, and lengths are the same. And I don't have time to buy an item and then return it another day. So I was really disappointed and started to lose my patience waiting on a fitting room.

It's a new location, but it's already quite busy. I've been in a few times, and while the racks are often a bit of a mess, it's understandable given it's the Christmas season. Still, it's worth a visit for the variety.

Worst store ever!!! The store manager has no customer service skills!! Needs training or replacement. Because of her, your store lost over $230 in sales as I immediately returned everything I purchased. Never shopping there again.#wastedtime #wastedtrip #lostacustomer #dontknowhowtocommunicate👎

Not sure what goes on in this store, but managment is lacking. I literally watched them let a guy walk right out and steal and whole handful of coats but they denied me a 10% discount on an $8 hat that I had been looking for that was damaged.
Just like everyone else said, the store is a mess and there’s stuff all over the floor (which is exactly where I found the hat). I did come across one nice worker who was stocking the shelves—but everyone else had bad attitudes and seemed uninterested in ensuring customer satisfaction.
Burlington’s is going downhill.

Way more stuff than the previous store, however it's very congested and hard to find thing especially in the clothing department the plus size has barely anything to choose from. Customer service still lack because of lack of help lines extremely long and only one cashier most of the time shoes are just all over the place

Went shopping for a winter coat. Hardly any selection in my size but tons in XXL. I guess they don’t want my business.

Staff is not cooperative, I found staff hallucinated, even the counter girl also misbehaved.
Prices are ok, it’s full of stuff.
Overall just ok , better to go other branche.

Store is really messy, items all over the floor, broken dishes, small aisles and feels overcrowded. Prehaps they should have stayed at security mall which seemed much bigger and more organized. Constant sound of a large noisy fan can heard all over the store. Overpriced for what they offer.

Chill out with the security ink and the signs. The next time I’m gonna visit there, what am I gonna see? Security ink in toys and Christmas decorations? I’m probably gonna see it in shoes too, oh wait it’s already in shoes. Anyway please stop it with the air vent noise. It’s annoying. I’m not encouraging any shoplifters, but please stop worrying and just chill out.
