Vicky and Sue are always extremely helpful whenever I come by. Initially moving my items in was a breeze. They were both very patient and answered all of my questions. Plus finding new ways to assist my needs.

Highly recommend this place. I was worried about finding a place to store some of my nicer furniture pieces while looking for a new apt and am so glad I found this site. Everything is super clean and organized and the people who work there are so lovely and responsive. Will definitely be using again in the future if I’m in need. Ps hidden gem - they have a little store with super affordable natty boh and other Maryland themed clothing articles which was a fun surprise

Vicki and Sue were phenomenal to me and my entire journey with Cube Smart. From move in to move out, they took care of my packages that had to be mailed in and graciously placed it into my storage since I couldn’t make it in time. Got a good deal for first 3 months. The two ladies who work here are super friendly and helpful. When I needed to downsize my unit it was super easy, and same for when I no longer needed the unit anymore. Also they have AMAZING Bmore swag in their lobby!!

Now I have been to several storages and let me tell you, this is one that is clean and well kept.. the 2 ladies that work are just awesome.. to be there age and still lift and pull is amazing… both ladies are kind and follow the rules by the book.. I must say well job ladies
