This place is unsafe and dysfunctional. If you go during a weekend or even a Monday evening to deposit checks at the drive through ATM it is ALWAYS out of order. The lack of security is appalling - we were at the drive through ATM to deposit cash and a black man was just standing there staring at EVERY person who went to the ATM and immediately after he’d go there and punch in something which definitely was fishy and didn’t seem in any customers best intentions. Then he’d start cursing and raving and ranting using all sorts of expletives just because you’d be looking over your shoulder to make sure you were safe! Capital one needs to do better especially in the crime capital of the world

I am so happy with the customer service here. They answer the phone and make everything so simple. If I could give them more stars I would. I have been a member of capital one for years and I wouldn't change a thing. Thank you for making things better for my husband and I.

Worst Bank Ever, A Hold was placed on my account then the party who placed it dismissed it and gave them a Clerk Of the Court Signed/Stamped Dismissal and they still won't release the Hold, I will be Closing all of my accounts

This location is weird. Wouldn’t let me cash a check said I had to go to a checkCashing place … I’ve had an account for 5years and I’ve never heard of this. I didn’t want to use the app or atm. This is not customer service

Absolute worst bank ever!!Since Capital One took over, we’ve had tons of issues!! We’e been customers since 2006, but that’s about to change!!!Now, they are flagging many of my purchases as potentially fraudulent and claim there is nothing they can do to allow the payments to process!!
