Worst Bank Ever, A Hold was placed on my account then the party who placed it dismissed it and gave them a Clerk Of the Court Signed/Stamped Dismissal and they still won't release the Hold, I will be Closing all of my accounts

Had to pay 35$ annual fee for quicksilver card, while my friend haven’t payed it ever. Asked if they can arrange same for me, was declined. Closed the card same day :) cheap bank.

Absolute worst bank ever!!Since Capital One took over, we’ve had tons of issues!! We’e been customers since 2006, but that’s about to change!!!Now, they are flagging many of my purchases as potentially fraudulent and claim there is nothing they can do to allow the payments to process!!

Never get a capital one credit card. They just charged us $42 on a $0 statement. Their phone tree supervisor claims he has no way to do a one time fee-waiver. This is after their phone tree cancelled the wrong card 3 weeks ago. Just a terrible terrible credit card, with useless customer service reps, and if they screw up, you still pay for it.
