It's nice standing in line for over 15 minutes just to watch someone walk in and be helped immediately and then be told I have to wait longer because the person I need to see is helping the person who just walked in.

Opened a savings account account with Capital One online, within 12 hours, in the middle of the night, they changed the address to another address we moved from 12 years ago without authorization. We never had any previous old account with this bank FYI. That’s why it’s a Huge security risk!!! And their customer supports are offshore in India!!! Every time they want you to tell your full SSN!! And they said on the phone even we open the account in the local branch, they have to call them - the offshore Indian customer call center! Sounded so scammy right?! This bank is very questionable. We are closing the account and move to a local bank with USA based customer supports.

The website needs an easy way to get back to the main page where you can view all your accounts. Once I am in an account, I can’t get back out, and the back button just takes me to the other accounts

No problems, clean interior and friendly staff but longer hold time on the clearance of deluxe checks then other locations.

So thankful for one of the very few brick & mortar locations left! This team was awesome, both the teller and manager, exemplary customer service!
Due the upcoming holiday the line, volume of customers was high as we swarmed just before closing but the team was fast, efficient and friendly. All of us customers were talking about how grateful we were to have a live place to come to and how far we each came to find a branch. Because sometimes you just need a live person. Thank you all!!

My experience at this branch was amazing Jessica took the time to put me at ease while opening an account, she is very knowledgeable, and truly empowered me, and made me feel like this is the bank I want to use. I completely used my phone to set things up which is banking reimagined for sure, and while this mostly a remote bank any more it was very nice to have a branch to walk into!

I went to go change my pin the African decent man calls me to the counter and ignored me the whole time time standing there talking to a co worker ..When I ask him when will he help me with my pin or I can just figure it out at the atm,he then told me go do it yourself and put my id and bank card back in the slot...JUST RUDE ..I truly plan to transfer all my accounts out of Capital One..The Consistency is POOR...They have messed my account up a few times and when you call upper management..they give Excuses on the errors and tell you to use another branch as if I dont already drive 28 minutes to this branch which is the closest...0 across the board...
