Thankful to have this black owned hardware store in West Baltimore. Having to drive to Home Depot for every little thing is frustrating at times. Oddly, Carey Hardware has reasonably good prices.

On street parking, Ms Tammy and staff are friendly courteous informative and very helpful. Prices are reasonable.

Excellent personal customer service from the most knowledgeable women in the hardware business! Never disappointed when i can't fit my needs because when possible an alternative product in stock was recommended. Please support our local minority owned neighborhood businesses. Prices and hours are reasonable compared to big box stores.

At Carey Hardware Store she seems to have everything you need and just a little bit more she will even order for you specially service is such an old idea it seems brand new but you will find it at Carey Hardware store

This is a really nice black-owned hardware store everything I needed was found for me and brought up they don't like people wander around the store really. It's right off North avenue and you know that's in the hood and it's not exactly a nice place but they make sure to make you feel comfortable and safe inside. If all you need is basic plumbing stuff and basic hardware stuff for doing a job in the city this is a good place to stop and saves you from having to drive 30 40 minutes to go to home Depot or Lowe's or going to zeskinds and then paying double the price this is asking different welkins but I rather go here give these people my money so nice and more comfortable environment don't feel like I'm being over-pressured don't feel like I'm being scammed. So all in all I'd come back if I'm doing work in that area

Great neighborhood hardware store. Saved me from having to travel far to the big box stores and prices very comparable not marked up like I expected. Perfect spot to grab extra supplies in case you run out during a project, need keys cut, need weather related supplies. I'll keep shopping there.
