Came here to get a phone screen repaired, charged me $250. Not even a week later there was a green stripe going across the device, with no damage done to the screen at all. Not sure if repair person did a poor job on reapplying the new screen, but came back in hopes he would fix what they had possibly messed up on. When I tried to come back and get it fixed, he was charging another $200. Don't come here, you'll get scammed. Also was charging like $30 for a screen protector... Terrible customer service and horrible quality items, don't come here unless you have money lying around to throw away

I purchased a screen protector for my IPhone 14 Pro Max which cost $26.50 with tax. My screen protector had a crack in it in less than 24 hours, I went back to see if could be replaced and they 2 guys sad NO and that it wasn’t covered under warranty even though it was just installed on my phone the day before. I was only offered another one for $5 dollars, he also accused me of lying because I couldn’t broke. I have no reason to lie or try to get over and I don’t have $26 to waste considering it had less than 24 hours. Please think twice about spending your hard earned money here because they will NOT accommodate any issues and no one has money to waste!!!

This is actually my second time using their services. The first time was to fix my son's Nintendo Switch Lite in 2022. The man was very honest and let me know that those products were defective. This time my phone's charging port needed to be replaced. It was replaced within 30 mins while I was in the mall and the prices are reasonable!! I would absolutely recommend their services.

Bad customer service. I had my LCD changed and they damaged my front facing camera. I can no longer use face detection on my phone nor can I use my portrait setting on my camera. Two males tried to tell me that it was broken beforehand and replacing my screen has nothing to do with my front facing camera ! Totally disregarding the fact that when you took the screen off that the front facing camera was affected especially if you didn’t put the phone back together the way that you found it. These people think that they are superior and think because I’m a woman and black that I need to lie to them to fix a phone that they broke . If you value your hard earned money, do not go here !

It took Kenya less than 15 minutes to fix my screen that was cracked and unresponsive. She was super nice and affordable.

I guess it just does not work out sometimes. Cellairis ordered glass replacement for my phone and, when I went to have it installed, the old screen was removed and became inoperable and the replacement did not work. I was without a working phone. They gave my a full refund but that does not make up for all the trouble I then went through to get my phone working again.
