I got totally burned and ripped off on a 7 gram disposable vape. It didn't work at all. I charged it up and nothing. Realize that they probably accuse you of the issue, but I am out $40.00 of my hard earned money, $2.00 to park in Hampden, gas and mileage to travel there and back. Be careful!!!!

Went there to purchase a specific product shown on their website. Didn’t have it in stock and typically don’t have it in stock at any of their stores. If you’re going to represent that you have a product - have it. If you don’t have it and have no intention of carrying it - don’t list it! That’s just good business and good customer service!

This place has great customer service. I've been ordering from them for a while. With my last order I received a defective vape, but I sent an email explaining my issue (first time this has happened to me with their products), and they are sending me a replacement. I highly recommend Charmed Hemp for your cannabis needs. They definitely deserve a 5 star rating for their amazing customer service.

Small little “hole in the wall” shop but has great prices for ounces and the strongest gummies I’ve ever had in my life! Never any long waiting in line and quick easy service. Highly recommend this place above other “bigger” stores!!

Charmed hemp is where it’s at. I try a variety of their vap products which are always good. The price is right as product in my area is 5-8 times the price. I live as far away from this dispensary as I possibly can and shipping is always fast, free, and efficient (orders over 100$ for free). Thanks charmed for years of great service and product.

I like this cozy store. The people are so nice, helpful and informative. They were out of an item I usually get for relaxing post surgery.
