Kurt in customer service provided exceptional customer service. The beautiful Xmas tin container that I ordered was damaged during shipping. I emailed Kurt and explained the problem, and within a couple of hours he responded with an apology and had a new container shipped. I’m a very happy customer. Thank you Kurt!

We placed an online order because we love the flavors and variety. There was a mistake made by koldkiss sending a wrong item but they made it right without delay. Very happy and satisfied customer. Excellent customer service and products.
