Superior customer service! My order arrived slightly damaged due to not being packed properly. The company was very apologetic and immediately started a replacement for the 2 “injured” bottles. I was very impressed at how eager they were to make things right. I would definitely order from Koldkiss again!

Kurt in customer service provided exceptional customer service. The beautiful Xmas tin container that I ordered was damaged during shipping. I emailed Kurt and explained the problem, and within a couple of hours he responded with an apology and had a new container shipped. I’m a very happy customer. Thank you Kurt!
