I didn't receive the best customer service at this location. I requested for a review for replacement of rear brakes and to add refrigerant to my 2003 vehicle. Well, the auto tech did not take heed when I informed them that my fan wasn't working and had my vehicle running for over 20 minutes when it was 95+ outside. Needless to say, my radiator busted.. another cost that was not on my list. This also caused my vehicle to start cutting off.
NOTE : 3weeks prior - vehicle was gifted and had just been in shop for oil change and replacement of serpentine belt... 1 week prior drove to Havre de Grace twice ... no issues no leaks.
Now the vehicle has more issues than before. Do jot recommend.

Be aware if you go this junk place I drop off my car for dent repair he gave me price $2500 total repair cost , but after two weeks when I pic up my car same day he said your repair goes $3500 I said why you don’t inform me before repair this is totally bullish ,I denied I say I don’t pay that much money this is fraud but he said I don’t give you back your car if you didn’t pay$3500 go court or whatever you want .it’s really troubling situation even police not help me this matter, so please which one see my review be careful don’t go over-there this owner is fraud cheater man

I came in to get some dents and scratches repaired from an accident. Continental was transparent and communicative with me and the insurance company. I’m very happy with the repairs, you can’t even tell that the car was in an accident. I plan on returning for further work, highly recommend!

Beware of bring your car to Continental Auto. The business committed to repair a dent and paint removal on the driver side panel above the tire and the drive side mirror. Robert the owner of the Continental Auto informed me it would be $450 and would take 3-4 days to repair the damages on my car. I dropped my car off to Robert on August 1. It took him a week to attempt to try and fix and match the paint job to the rest of my car resulting in me having to get a rental car. Robert then told me on August 8, 2024 that he would need another 3 days to correct the still incorrect color paint job. I then informed Robert after trying 3 times, a week he has had my car and needing another 3 days. I would like my car back to take my car to another business to finish the job. I told Robert I did not mind paying him for fixing the dent but I shouldn't have to pay for the paint job considering he was not able to match the paint. Robert replied, I could not get my car back unless I paid the full $511 in cash or zelle. Robert should not be allowed to force me to continue doing business with him if he has shown me several times he cannot do the job correctly and in a timely manner. Robert never mentioned before I was not satisfied with his work or customer service that he did not accept cards only cash or zelle. I find that to be unprofessional, inappropriate and just bad business for him to hold my car hostage and forcing me to pay him in full with cash or zelle when the paint job is still incorrect and the job is not finish in addition to having to pay someone else to fix my paint job. I would beware of this shop the owner and the business is very unprofessional and shady!!!!!!

Very nice mechanics. I ordered tires from Simple Tire and had them to be my install shop. They were very helpful. They contacted me when tires arrived and got me fixed up before my scheduled appointment. Great service very courteous.

We brought both our vehicles (Mercedes Sprinter and G550) to Continental auto on recommendation. Aurey takes a proactive approach in taking care of your vehicle. He catches any issues (minor and major) ahead of time before you get stranded on the side of the road. This approach will cost a little more up front but, saves you a lot of money and potential aggravation in the long run. Aurey has an outstanding reputation for being one of the best diagnostic guys in the foreign car business and his shop has the appropriate scanners and equipment to accurately diagnose your vehicle to get it back on the road without any guess work.Brad and Victoria

I recently found that my fuel pump needed to be replaced and I was looking for an Auto Shop that I can trust. Continental Auto was recommended to me by a friend and I quickly reached out. I spoke with Roberto, who immediately was able to provide assistance. He provide me with a clear break down on what was happening to my car and what were the next steps that needed to be taken to fix it. During the process of replacing my fuel pump Roberto notice the condition of my pads and rotors and explained that I needed to replace them to avoid any issues. Throughout my interaction with Roberto, it was clear that his priority was to help me have a safe car to drive. I am extremely satisfied with the auto shop and Roberto's overall professionalism, knowledge, communication and service.
