CorePower Yoga in Baltimore offers a physically intense workout rooted in the mindfulness of yoga. The studio is very clean, with a peaceful practice room featuring lots of natural light. From the minute you walk in, the space feels so welcoming and warm, both literally and figuratively. Everyone is kind, and the instructors are amazing, genuine, attentive, and welcoming. They are high-spirited, funny, and in a good mood, making the yoga experience much better. There are multiple class options to meet you where you're at and challenge you when you're ready. The teachers encourage meeting you where you're at and taking what you need, accommodating different needs, skills, and goals. The classes are absolutely fun, and you will leave much sweatier and happier. Many students get hooked, finding the practice transformative for both body and mind. It is highly recommended, and you will not be disappointed.
Amazing staff and amazing classes Always a fun time there! While getting a good workout in. They r heated classes which is a plus to get the blood pumping.

Took my first class today and absolutely loved it! My instructor was Miss Kiyoko and she was absolutely amazing! The studio was very clean as well and I enjoyed the music they played! Definitely recommend coming here!

Been taking all the classes non-stop for two months and I’m hooked!
