I'm an Aldi girl. I don't need bulk food. I live in a tiny studio apartment with a fridge that is over a decade old, that is falling apart. I don't need three jars of mayo at once. I don't need 6 frozen pizzas. However, once a month, my mom takes me and my boyfriend to Costco to stock up our food supplies because I only get $150 in food stamps a month, which is pretty much only $35 a week, and who can live on that? The three main issues I have with this Costco are: parking, check-out, and the bathroom. No matter when I go to Costco - in the middle of the day, in the evening, on the weekend, in the middle of the week - the parking situation is ridiculous. I rarely don't fear that I will get run down crossing the lane of traffic between the parking lot and the store. And there's never enough accessible parking. This week I realized that every situation was going to be exacerbated by the fact that Christmas is right around the corner, but I was still appalled by the laziness of the customers. There are several cart return areas available. There's no need to take up premium parking spaces with a collection of carts. My mom was in the process of returning her cart, and someone else's abandoned cart (so we could get out of our parking spot) when a random woman came over and tried to park her cart in the same area. My mom was like, "The cart return is right there!" How do you shop at Costco (or any grocery place) and not understand cart return areas? The check-out line is confusing. Which line is for self check-out? Which is regular check-out? How can I tell? The line is so long that I can't see the registers from that far. And people are trying to get out of the medication aisles, or get into the lines from other aisles, and there are employees yelling directions instead of opening another register. It's ALWAYS like this. Then, this visit, I had a pretty terrible experience in the bathroom because someone able-bodied was using the wheelchair accessible stall, and taking her sweet ass time about it. Why do so many places have so many small stalls? Why not have lesser stalls, but make them larger? Because I couldn't close the stall door, once I had my pants down and was sitting on the toilet. And my boyfriend is my careperson, so he had to sit out in the main area to wait while I did my business, instead of joining me in the stall and keeping him out of eyesight. This is the game we have to play when there isn't a family or gender neutral bathroom. Also, the stall was so small that it's like slam dancing. There's no way that I can transfer from my wheelchair onto the toilet without banging my hips on the door, the toilet paper roll dispenser, the sanitary pad trash bin. I shouldn't come away from a bathroom experience with bruises. Thing is, these days all three of these issues are found EVERYWHERE. Why does customer satisfaction matter so little? These problems aren't difficult to fix, but corporations don't care if we leave angry, just as long as we spent our money. I'm not going to sing the praises of a store that could not give less of a damn about me, and whether I return.

Just bought a computer here and had a terrible experience. Absolutely no one knew what I meant when I asked if there was a warranty on the unit. I was told he "thinks there's a return policy of 90 days" buy he wasn't sure and I was directed to a manager across the way.Little did I know I would then have to ask a different manager besides the first, and the second manager told me some of the computers don't even have a return policy- don't forget that I never even asked for that information and my question at this point is still unanswered. There was no sinage or person to tell me there may not be a return policy on the 900 dollar computer I just bought. Now at this point I'm realizing no one knows what a warranty is. I might be using old retail terminology, but as someone who recently left a position of management even I know that a warranty is the same as a protection plan. So at this point I'm done. The only person who seemed to know what I was talking about walked into the conversation just as I was leaving it. Nice guy, but it was too late. I walked away.teach your team to ask the right questions, or have the right answers. You know, the answers I later found out were on the receipt. a simple, "The phone number to call for a protection plan is on the receipt," because apparently I can't buy that while I'm in store.NEVER. AGAIN.

Teach that animal how to work with customer service. He came to yell at me so bad in front another customers for leaving the shopping cart for a minute because my card fell out and I went to pick it up. I am a loyal customer here and I will never let an employee come and yell at me like that instead of speaking politely!

Costco is great. I get all of my bulk items there, they have gorgeous bouquets of flowers, and lots more!

This Costco has wonderful staff. Very helpful.New products show up every once in awhile. They get you out as quickly as possible which is becoming a lost skill elsewhere.

Thanksgiving week plan on it being crowded. They are very good at opening more lanes for check out when its busy so it goes very smooth. Parking is still hard so be ready to walk.

It really feels like the "free tire rotations" and other services are a scam when they never have the staff to actually do any of the things that Costco promises. And if they're not able to consistently take walk-in appointments, it would be appreciated if that could be taken off the website to avoid wasting everyone's time.

The people shopping were rude, no manners at all, even a staff member was rude. The prices were good and they had a decent variety of items. The ladies' restroom was smelly and dirty. I will stick with going to the Owings Mills location for now.

BUYER BEWARE. Never been to a store that uses such shady sales and pricing tactics. Items fluctuate on price up to 50% week by week. Sometimes there are good deals but you have to walk past things like ramen packets for (no joke) 400% the same price at groceries or box stores.

The person who checks the receipt while leaving is incredibly rude. She mumbled under her breath something at me, which I obviously did not hear (assuming she said something like “have a good evening”). When I didn’t reply, I was yelled at and given an attitude. If I heard what she said, I would have responded, but it’s not my job to teach your employees how to speak. My life doesn’t revolve around the receipt lady and I would really hope you would train her a bit more or put her in another role where she doesn’t interact with customers. This happened Friday evening 9/29.

Costco’s was being a little petty about making me renew instead of letting me get a quick pass for the day after spending hundreds of dollars but I get it! I was able to get food to last us until thanksgiving shopping!

Not really a fan since they all but eliminated cashiers. I do not like scanning my own purchases. I mainly just use them for the cheaper gas. Although after paying $60 membership, the gas savings is then gone...

Great products, reasonable prices. However ladies bathroom was terrible.. many stalls without toilet paper. The bathroom was dirty. I mentioned it to a employee at the podium he didn't seem to care.
