We were desperate. We had a palleted container that needed to be shipped to Columbus, OH. We searched everywhere and found no one to help. Craters and Freighters was suggested so I called!!! OMG!!! Customer service blew me away!!! Before I knew it, a pickup was scheduled and right on time, the truck arrived to pickup our crate!! Their service was exemplary!! It arrived in Ohio in perfect condition and sooner than expected!!! I’m sold on Craters and Freighters!!!!

I needed to ship a ship model about 3' long and 2 1/2' high from NJ to Norway. From start to finish these guys were a pleasure to work with. When they examined the ship model for about 15 or 20 minutes to see how they were going to pack her, it was as if they were invested in the project, like they actually were interested and cared about the model. I was pleased (although not surprised) when word came back from Norway that the ship had arrived "perfectly intact."

Good as it gets. I can't weigh-in on cost but I dropped a 77 pound cast iron dragon on their door step and it was at my house in Hawaii in 12 days. Kiddos to all, Andrew was my point man.

If I could give more than five stars I would. This was such a great company to work with from beginning to end. I needed a heavy (60+ pounds) fine art statue picked up and shipped across the country and I did not know a soul in Baltimore. After trying several different companies and not getting any local responses, I contacted Craters and Freighters whom immediately emailed me back and worked with me from beginning to end. Throughout the whole process they were professional, honest and helpful. Initially I did not realize how expensive it would be to ship fine art but they worked with me and made it affordable for me to ship. They even picked the art piece up for me, crated it very well, and took the time to wrap the fragile ends of the statue. I received it in Arizona within one week and I am more than happy with their service and would recommend them to anyone. I was constantly receiving updates and emails from them which made the process all the better. Thank you so much Dan, Rebecca, and Andrew at Craters and Freighters Baltimore! You were amazing. ???

Prompt, professional and courteous service. Attention to detail. We shipped a large vintage coca-cola cooler/chest from Baltimore to North Carolina. They informed us about options for packing and shipping and the related costs. When they arrived to pick it up they inspected it, separated loose items, took pictures and documented it. They wrapped each piece, loaded it all and secured everything in place. They shipped promptly and it arrived quickly and perfectly. Highly recommend.

They picked up two large pieces of furniture that I sold on Etsy. Not only did they pick it up, they crated it and took care of freight shipping. I'm so pleased with their service.

Clearing an estate for family living out of state, there were items they wanted freighted to them. Crystal was wonderful to speak with over the phone and very helpful when I arrived with the items to be packed and shipped. Very professional. I look forward to using/referring them, again, in the future. Thank you!

I had two chairs delivered to them in Baltimore to be shipped to Austin, TX. There was no urgency in shipping these valuable and fragile chairs. They explained that they were extremely busy on a huge project and requested to wait for packing and delivery. I was going to on a vacation for a week in addition. They carefully and kindly stored these chairs for me without question.

I don't think I will ever go back to using a traditional moving company. For a person like me,with a small move and no furniture, Craters & Freighters of Baltimore was the perfect solution! They transported all my belongings across the country safely and even arrived earlier than I thought! Paula Lennox is a pleasure to work with-she made the process as easy as possible and was kind and genuinely concerned about me as I drove across the country. I highly recommend this company.

I sold a 1952 Chambers Gas range to a lady in Texas. She arranged the shipping with Craters & Freighters, and I was VERY impressed. The range weighed close to half a ton when full assembled, yet comes apart into many pieces for movement. The team that arrived knew this, had done their homework, and set to work on a two-stage movement of the stove. First, they disassembled it on site, and padded/wrapped each piece for movement to their warehouse. All parts we boxed in reasonably sized boxes for this move. Subsequently, at their warehouse, they padded and crated the parts for movement to Texas. The customer reported the stove arrived in perfect condition. The cost was not a concern, but seemed reasonable for the level of care and professionalism.
