Agent late opening store. Misinformed me about arrival of expected phone. She seemed uncomfortable speaking english and never returned my call regarding the expected shipment. I cancelled my services with crickett because of poor or lack of customer service.

I was so happy to see that there is a Cricket store in Towson now! Saves me a trip to the other side of town! I came in to check them out and it looks gorgeous in here. The reps were so friendly and welcoming. Definitely making this my go to store!

I Was SO Excited to see there is a new Cricket store in Towson.. I saw a BIG table out front that looked like a gran opening. Upgraded to a New I phone.. the rep who helped me was VERY friendly !! Thank You

Friendly, professional, transparent and efficient staff, every characteristic you are looking for on a prepaid wireless carrier you’ll find here at our very own and local Towson Cricket store.I definitely recommend, ask the staff how you can make extra $$$ by referring your friends and family to them.
