I want to give a big shout out to Malique Bowen, he is definitely the best. I went to purchase a new iPhone and he assisted and serviced me extremely well. I came back the next day to have my daughter privacy screen added and he was very respectful and helpful once again. She did recommend that you come and see Malique for all of your electronic needs. Took a friend in need of a new phone as her very old one was broken. She had no money and no idea how to work anything but her phone she's had for years.. Malik the manager of this location was beyond amazing with her and helpful! He was able to get her a phone helped her apply for assistance and by the time we left her anxiety and stress was completely relieved! Thanks so much Malik for you patience and kindness my friend really needed and deserved!Mandy

I was there for 2 hours n got nothing done it wouldn't let her put the payment threw 360.00 order n couldn't get it that's crazy but the sales girl was great think name was crystal she tried everything

Be prepared to be there for awhile, especially if you are getting a new phone. The representatives are very knowledgable. They will transfer all info from your old phone to the new one and answer any questions you may have. There seems to be 1-2 reps there at a time.

My iPhone 6 finally gave up on me this morning, so I reluctantly went to the Cricket Wireless store to get a new one. I chose the iPhone SE 2nd Gen because it's only $199 + $25 upgrade fee + $25 MD tax for current Cricket Wireless customers.Jerrell was very polite and professional. He never pushed me to buy additional products and/or insurance. He was extremely helpful when I told him that it was the first time I'm upgrading my iPhone so I had no idea what to do.Associates like him represent the best in customer service. Thank you, Jerrell!

Jerrell J. was very helpful. Patient and respectful to my mom who was looking to upgrade her phone. He took his time to assist my mom by deciding which phone would be easy but perfect for her to use. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE ! CLERK WAS RUDE, LIED TO ME ABOUT REPLACING MY PHONE , MANAGER NEVER RETURNED MY EMAILS REGARDING MY EXPERIENCE . PHONE THATWAS SOLD TO ME STILL NOT WORKING PROPERLY. THEY SOLD ME INSURANCE FROM ASURION WHO WONT REPLACE THE SCREEN, SAYING THEY DON'T REPLACE THE SCREEN ON MY MODEL BUT CLEAR AS DAY IT SAYS INSURANCE REPLACES SCREEN , AND I HAVE PAID INSURANCE FOR SEVERAL MONTHS IN CASE THIS HAPPENS . DONT GO HERE . CRICKET SAID MGR COULD REPLACE THE PHONE IF HE WANTS BUT HE SAID NO. VERY VERY DISAPPOINTED. THIS WAS MY BDAY PRESENT TO MYSELF , ORDER THRU WEBSITE , DON'T I REPEAT DO NOT COME HERE.
