Terrific! Really nice mid size gym in Canton, Baltimore. The guys at the front desk are super nice and friendly, I signed up on Nov 2023, and they made the process so easy. The crowd is super cool and they have nice machines. Tanning is included with the membership.I really like this gym.

The people and staff are very friendly, considerate, and can answer your questions about the gym and the machines. Very clean and Professional.Accessibility to weight equipment is good and snacks available if you have the munchies !

My experience with Crunch Fitness in Canton has been incredibly frustrating and disappointing, to say the least. To sum it up, they overcharged me for an entire year, refused to take responsibility for their mistake, provided no refund, and after I asked for a refund, they simply refused to communicate.Let's delve into the details of this terrible experience. I joined Crunch Fitness with the expectation of getting fit and improving my health, but what I got instead was a lesson in how a business can completely disregard its customers.Firstly, the overcharging issue was a major red flag. I noticed that they were deducting more money from my bank account than what I had agreed upon in my membership. This went on for a whole year, and it took me a while to notice the discrepancy, which is partly my fault. However, when I reached out to the management to rectify the situation, they were incredibly uncooperative and unwilling to acknowledge their mistake.Despite having clear evidence of the overcharges, they said that it was my responsibility. I believe that as a customer, I should be able to trust the integrity of a business. Crunch Fitness, in this regard, completely let me down.When I requested a refund for the overcharged amount, it felt like I was talking to a brick wall. They were unresponsive, neglecting my emails. It was as if they hoped I would just give up and go away. This is simply a lack of maturity and emotional intelligence on how to communicate.It's not just about the money; it's about the principle. A reputable business should take responsibility for their errors and work to resolve them promptly. Crunch Fitness in Canton, however, displayed a complete lack of accountability.In the end, I never did get that refund, and the frustration and stress I went through were simply not worth it. I've had some less-than-perfect customer service experiences before, but Crunch Fitness takes the cake. Their behavior throughout this ordeal has been utterly unacceptable, and I would caution anyone considering a membership with them to think twice. You might find yourself in a situation like mine, battling a greedy/scared management that doesn't seem to care about its customers.

I was in your club on Sunday 10/29 around 1pm and just wanted to mention that your cleaning lady was working very hard in the women’s locker room making sure it was spotless and fully stocked. She was also SUPER friendly and I really appreciated her willingness to assist me with anything I needed and then motivating me to keep at it with my work out. Employees like that need to be recognized for their hard work! Especially when I typically frequent the Crunch in Timonium and see the exact opposite work ethic with their cleaning lady who always just sits in the women’s locker room on her phone when the bathrooms are a disaster regularly. So be glad you got a good one, which are hard to find these days!

Coming here several times per week has been so therapeutic! I needed a place to come and workout doing my own routine and not feel locked into a specific type of class. Thoroughly enjoying my time here and looking forward to checking out other locations as well!

No one asked me to leave this review but I just had to. It’s Saturday morning and I’m headed to the gym and I feel so good. I spend 5-6 days out of my week coming here to workout and focus on my wellness. That’s a big deal so having people that are good energy, friendly and helpful is important. This is my escape after work. I feel safe here and the staff is so friendly! I was leaving on my way out and the woman that cleans the gym was so kind and friendly and after asking how my workout was she said “Crunch looks good on you”. This feeling is so important to me because the gym is my LIFE! It’s like brushing my teeth. I can’t not do it and it makes me feel so good. I had a great gym family before but I had to come to Crunch because the cost of the other gym was too much. I was so scared I wasn’t going to get that same good team and feeling and I’m so glad my fears were irrational. This place is a VIBE and everyone here is just working on themselves and enjoying the gym. No weird vibes and people at every level. Idk I’m just feeling really good as I get ready to go to the gym and I’m like, people need to know how good it is here.

Not sure why some folks are unhappy with this place? Lol I love it here!! Variety of open machines, friendly staff! Housekeeper Erica is hilarious ?. She never stops moving to assure that we have clean showers, bathroom,and makes the place smell so nice and homey! This place is my home gym for good!!! Clean machines and hard working staff!

I been to several gyms on the east coast and I must say this is by far my favorite. The place is always clean and spotless, weights are always stacked and no matter what my machine is always open because of the varieties and amounts of equipment. I must say there cleaning lady Erica very much impressed me by how clean she keeps things and how hard she works. I was very impressed, she's a keeper. Anyways you all have a bless day

Staff is very welcoming and friendly. Cleaning staff is honestly exceptional. Although the gym isn't the largest, the gym atmosphere is great; dim lighting, the music is loud enough to workout to, and the other members are encouraging! Canton location is definitely worth it.

If I could give 0 stars, I would. The cancelation process is a complete nightmare and scam! After canceling my personal trainer membership, I continued to be charged for months after, totaling over $1000. I was given the runaround the entire time I tried to get this resolved. I was told to call, email, come in person. After refusing to communicate and refund the charges, I was forced to fail a fraud claim. They are still trying to charge me for my canceled membership. DO NOT GO THERE! Frauds and scammers!

One of the worst experiences I have ever had with a business. If you go and look at recent reviews for this location you will find a common trend - neglectful management. My negative interaction with this business has been ongoing since my wife and I reached out to end our peak results membership on April 28th. We were told the best way to start the process was to email the assistant manager. Overall he was pleasant through email and over the phone but lacked responsiveness. Many of the specific questions we asked about ending the membership went unanswered or ignored. After he said he would cancel our memberships we requested a receipt so we had it for the record. It wasn't until I went in person that I found he had not completed our cancellation. This is a typical sales tactic. A few days before we had mentioned to him that there were 4 charges for the month when there should have been 2. I was told that has to be investigated by a 3rd party and the manager is the only one who could handle that. After trying for days to get in touch with her via phone and email, I was recommended by Crunch's corporate billing department to dispute the charges with my bank. I must also mention there was always an excuse why she was unavailable to talk - she left early, she's in a meeting, she's got the door close. I tried calling multiple times a day at various times and always left my name and number with the front. I have also reached out to the complaint email and was told the regional manager would be reaching out to me which has yet to happen. Stay away from the location and make sure to read the other reviews. I would never recommend this location for their shady business practices.

Attempted to cancel my membership and was told every way I was doing it was wrong. If I called they told me to come in, if I came in they told me to email, and if I emailed they told me to come in or call. Finally got them to cancel it (or so I thought) and they still charged me an additional month even though they sent me a document saying my membership was cancelled. The gym itself was ok but this process has ruined the experience

After cancelling a year ago, I started receiving charges on my credit card from Crunch as if I were still a member. I sent several emails to have this reversed and never heard back. I had to notify my bank and report it as fraud. I would avoid this gym for that reason alone. They obviously keep your billing information on file, even after cancellation.

Needs more squat racks, there can be 100+ people at any given time with only 3 squat racks so if you like to squat or deadlift I’d look elsewhere, because you won’t be doing much of either at crunch canton. Coming from a gym half the size as crunch canton with 3x as many racks you really appreciate the difference. Take a look at Merritt it has plenty of racks.
