One pharmacist (a woman) was very nice and accommodating when I finally got my script filled. That being said.....My Rx was sent here last week, it took them a week to fill it. On top of that, they changed their hours so the pharmacy closes at 5 (I had to take off work early to get my Rx). I went, they didn't have it ready. The next day, they finally said it was ready. Went back this morning to pick it up, it took them 20 minutes of looking around until they realized they lost it and just refilled it on the spot.Worst pharmacy I have been to in my life. If you value your time and sanity, don't fill your Rx here.

09/23 @ 5:16 Whew i had a run in with a young woman here by the nameOf DENISE.I got two notifications via text that my Rx Was ready. Today on Saturday I decided to pick up my RX and when i got there they let me know ONE was ready and she said oh when they aren’t picked up in 14 days we put them back. I politely said no i just got this notification for both. Denise proceeds to ignore my request for my second rx and ring me up just for one . I then ask her what about the other one ? She then proceeds to say i can help with this one the other is not ready. I then said to her i could wait and asked if she knew how long? She then proceeds to tell me she can help me with the one or cancel it .. at this point I’m confused… because why does me asking about time frame or if the system will alert me when it’s ready grounds for cancellation. She then puts me off on the pharmacist but this is customer service and HER JOB not a clinical question. Sis couldNot tell me if i could stay and wait or come back tomorrow?When i askedFor her name she was very condescending!!! And said nice to meet you.All she needed to say was I’m sorry this happened we will work on it now. But instead she decided to provoke me instead of just being honest !!! I am understanding that things happen. The pharmacist deserves a better support because she doesn’t want to do her job.Denise has twist in her hair and today she had on a hoodie with a blue hat.

Awful pharmacy. Hours are incorrect. They consistently mess up everything. Have had multiple friends have same experience. They mine as well just close down the pharmacy if this is how poorly it’s run.

Had a prescription transferred here, was promised a call by their pharmacist when it was ready. No call. I phoned for a week trying to see if I could get my order. They never pick up the phone. Finally just came in, but the line is 8 people deep and there's only one person working. She's maybe filling one order every 10 minutes, and the phone is ringing off the hook without anyone answering. They need more staff.And after waiting more than a half hour just to talk to the pharmacist, turns out they never transferred my prescription even though they promised me that they would. And I'm leaving empty handed. Pharmacist refuses to transfer the prescription today and ask that I call. Impossible place. Shut it down

One star is overrated for this location. I shouldn't have to wait 3 days for a common Rx to be filled when literally any other CVS has it ready in 30 minutes. No one picks up the phone and there's only one employee behind the counter that moves at the speed of dripping molasses everytime I go ( and it's not the pharmacist -- I've never actually seen the pharmacist themselves which is A HIGE LEGAL ISSUE). Not to mention, the filthiness of the entire place and everything behind a locked cabinet is just pathetic. Just go to the Inner Harbor CVS.

Awarding one star seriously overrates this particular store. I have come here since January when my prescription plan changed providers, and I could no longer go to the pharmacy I had used for 6 years. At first, I thought the poor service and lack of follow through, and the general uncleanliness of the store was temporary and it would improve. Nothing has improved, and if anything, it keeps getting worse. I will be seeking out another location and provider for my pharmacy needs.

I've been going to this CVS since I moved here in Baltimore and the reviews I read don't reflect my experiences I've had. The pharmacy are very patient and helpful, showing genuine care. Now I've seen nasty customers who were loud, demanding and playing loud music from phones and speakers. I've seen rude customers who yell at the people working here stepping over what they say by yelling louder. I've seen kids unsupervised by adults grabbing things off shelves and putting them anywhere or trying. Not once have I heard a CVS employee or pharmacist get out of pocket, act unprofessional or not fill a prescription "just because". I've only witnessed justified actions and deescalation when other people most likely would have lost their cool by the disrespect they put up with from the public. I come here frequently for my medication and shopping and will continue to choose this location to support. It's not CVS, it's the rude customers who deserve the less than pleasant ratings.

The pharmacy at this location doesn't offer the best customer experience. Every time I come here, I have received notifications via text, that my order is ready; however, when I arrive, my prescriptions are never ready, and they tell me to wait or come back. They aren't apologetic nor friendly. I would recommend choosing a different location.

Store is fine, but pharmacy leaves a LOT to be desired.Many times (like a few times a year) I will call in a prescription, be told it will be ready later that day, only to show up the next day and it still isn't ready.Just yesterday my wife went in to pickup a prescription and they told her she had already picked it up. She had to argue with them a bit to get them to actually check, and when they did they realized she hadn't.If it is your only option, or the cheapest option, it is fine, but if you want good customer service, go to the pharmacy at Harris Teeter.

I don't care what hours they post, they never keep them. When they said they were open until midnight, I would constantly go over there at 9:30 and they would already be closed. Then they changed it in July to only being open until 10pm, I just went over there at 9 tonight and they were again already closed. This CVS is never stocked, always out of things, and always short of staff. The absolute worst CVS I have ever been to. This location is trash, I'm sorry
