Wow what a terrible CVS. The pharmacy is okay, but the workers at checkout are awful. The worst, incredibly rude and lazy. Have pictures to pick up? Forget about getting them here. Even showing them the confirmation, they literally said they don't care and to go to a different store. Need help finding an item? They'll tell you they don't have it without even checking. When in fact, they do. I don't think I've ever been to any place that has more consistent awful and lazy workers than this place.

A dump. Dirty. Filthy. Disorganized. Rude. Appointment for a vaccine. Nobody in front of me. 30 minutes waiting in the cubicle and counting as I gaze at the trash on the floor.

This place is a racially divided place where only one poor woman of Indian descent works and everyone else is on their phone. Lazy lazy and hateful, selectively xenophobic staff full of racial hatred that could not care less.

I got a different vaccine than I asked for. I went in and requested a COVID booster shot, the pharmacist said they were giving Pfizer that day and I said that was fine and filled out the paperwork that was put in front of me. I thought it was strange that they didn't ask for my vaccine card and later, when I looked at my emailed receipt, they had given me the flu shot. Don't be a dingbat like me, read your paperwork carefully! *but one star review because it would have been great to have the correct paperwork put in front of me.

My doctor called in a prescription yesterday. When I arrived to pick it up, it was clear that you all were busy. So I said I didn't mind waiting until the next day. The woman working at the checkout assured me you would expedite the request, and that it would be ready the next day. So I came in today, only to be told that the pharmacist hadn't gotten around to it yet, and that she could move the request up and that she would do her best to see that it would be ready in two hours. So...how long would it have been otherwise? Would you have even gotten around to it today like you promised if I hadn't said something? I always try my best to be understanding and empathetic, but it's not acceptable to leave people waiting for their medicine. Especially when you've made assurances. This store desperately needs to get it together. I won't be having my prescriptions filled at this location anymore.Edit: For bonus points, I asked if I could have the prescription transferred to another location, and I was told that all I had to do was go in and give my information, and they could fill it for me. Turns out that's not true. And now the nice people at the much better CVS on N Charles Street are trying their best to get ahold of you to sort it out, even though you're not picking up your phone.

Had my doctor send a prescription here, they told her it would be ready in an hour. I went to pick it up and was told there was no prescription under my name. My doctor called it in again, I went back, same thing. I called the following day to ask about the status of the prescription, was told they "didn't know" if the medication was in stock (wtf) and that they would call me back. Never received a call. The NEXT day I called back, was on hold for 30 minutes before they picked up the phone and hung up on me. Called back and FINALLY got a hold of someone and was told there were two prescriptions ready for me . I don't like to leave bad reviews but if you need your medication ASAP definitely do not send it to this location.

This is the worst CVS pharmacy I've ever experience not just CVS pharmacy service. I highly recommend going to another place I will be taking my business elsewhere this CVS is absolutely terrible I don't even give them a half of a star no It forced me to give a start to send a message or to post a review highly disappointed at the CVS please stay away terrible

On Sunday, 10/17 the pharmacy staff straight up lied to my face about my prescription being ready in an hour. On Monday, 10/18 I came and the pharmacy was closed because they didn't have a fill-in pharmacist (closed on a Monday morning!). I heard through a neighbor that they would open at 3:30 p.m. I went and my prescription WAS STILL NOT READY for my procedure the next day. Finally on Tuesday, 10/19 after 7 p.m. in the evening, I got a text saying it was ready. I had to start my colonoscopy procedure at 6 p.m., so I had to call and cancel my colonoscopy!.This is the main pharmacy for Charles Village AND JHU staff and students. I know it's COVID, but this isn't brain surgery: staff your pharmacy correctly!! Are there any adults overseeing things? This is the second time in a month I've experienced a misrepresentation about when something would be ready. Not OK. Going elsewhere, you can count on it.

Not sure why this location is still open. Nothing ever works. Horrible wait times. Very unorganized. Bins and forklifts left in the the middle of the aisle. Bins from the delivery are still out. Kiosk for coupons don't work. Scanner for photo both of them out of service. Poor customer service.

This is the most incompetent pharmacy that I have ever dealt with. I have sat with my doctor while she called in my script and they had no record of it. I called it in this Sunday, my doctor said she got no calls from them. I called her on Thursday and she called it in. Checked in the evening and no record. Do NOT go here, they are so incompetent they likely harm people.
