They’ve gotten my prescription wrong every time I’ve gotten it filled. It’s so bad that I believe they should get shut down for medical malpractice. Getting people’s medication wrong can have bad consequences.

They are always out and never staff appropriately. Do yourself a favor and go anywhere else

Rude service people at pharmacy. In serious need of customer service training. Recommend just going elsewhere.

I'm done . I get it your system's down but I don't get that you close in the middle of the day so everybody can take a lunch instead of having an extra employee and floating the employees so at least people can pick up their medicine. I drive an hour away today and I only have a certain window of time to be able to get medication for my son they tell me to come back at 2:30. So basically I drive an hour away I get there at 12:00 their systems down .I come back I wait and I wait and wait in line and then when I get there they tell me I have to come back at 2:30.

They always have my meds in stocks, they are usually ready for pick up immediately after my dr. Calls them in. The employees are always polite and the store is clean.

Don’t waste your time. Always been terrible now totally nonfunctional. They’ve literally never gotten one of my prescriptions right from any doctor. But they’ll send you “notifications” nonstop to tell you it’s ready. It never is. Last time I was there, the line was turning into an angry mob and rightly so. Dunno how they’re even still open.

The pharmacy man is not helpful at all . My oldest daughter use to pick up meds for me before .This man say some one have to be 18 . My thing is if she wasn’t 18 before then what’s the difference. He’s a complete asswhole I am a nurse who have long hrs . I do not have the time to pick up the meds . He’s just on power control.

The absolute worst pharmacy imaginable. They don't answer the phone ever. They take over a week to fill a prescription. They should be shut down.

I don't usually leave reviews but my repeated experiences at this CVS have warranted an exception. Do not go into this CVS if you are in a rush, or if you want your prescription done in a timely manner (like...a few days even), or if you are hoping for pleasant interactions with staff.

I was given the wrong dose on my prescription the first time I used this pharmacy!!! It's outrageous that a wrong dose - a difference of 50% of the medication was given to me. Of course, I had to take it back but it meant that I did not have the medication needed for a life threatening and chronic condition.

One of the worst pharmacies around. Huge turnover of staff should tell you something. They routinely loose track of filled prescriptions and employ some of the rudest cashiers around. Try calling on the phone. It will ring forever and never get picked up. They will also call you about 20 times a week with unneeded reminders.

Welp, they've gone and done it! I'm throwing up my hands and transferring my family's prescriptions to another Pharmacy! I have been going to this CVS for 10 years. I started when they were open 24 hours; considering it is 1/2 a mile from my house it was very convenient. About 8 years ago I started calling it "The Blackhole": it doesn't matter what you go in for, it takes at least 20 minutes.... Well over the years they started cutting their hours back. Now they don't even open until 8am to keep the kids from Poly/Western High School from coming in. This means I can't stop by on my way into work. Once I (at 38 years old) was told I would have to remove my laptop bag and leave it at the door...I turned around and walked out. Now the pharmacy closes at 6pm on Saturday & Sunday - a complete pain. Today I was kept on hold for 20 minutes just to find out when my kid's (eternally in progress) prescriptions would be ready. Finally they answered and said they would have them ready in 15 minutes. I get there; there's no line. I get to the counter; I just stand there. Eventually someone says "we'll be right with you"; I kill them with kindness. I wait. 25 minutes later I am back in their HORRIBLE parking lot vying to get out without a kerfuffle. Five minutes later I walk in my kitchen with my kids' flu medicine. My son says, "mommy, why isn't there just powder in the bottle?". I look at the kid's oral solution was never reconstituted!!!! Fair thee well Felicia! I'd rather spend the 20 minutes driving to Towson!
