EVERYTIME I CALL I CANNOT GET ANYONE OTP NO MATTER THE TIME . This is absolutely fucking ridiculous. It's no reason you have to go all the way to the store to get any type of assistance. Fire yall whole staff

I have an autofill Rx that has been "in process" for 3 days according to this pharmacy's voice prompt. I want to know when the Rx will be ready and was on hold for 20 minutes and called corporate--THEY can't get anyone to answer the phone.I'm now being transferred to their customer service line. GOOD GOD!!! They can't get any info other than what is on-line, and STILL no one answers the phone at the pharmacy (from customer care).I should be able to find out if my Rx is ready without having to call corporate.This is the WORST pharmacy around. CVS corporate must be aware of the issues there. I think they just don't care.Also, the entire store is in a constant state of disarray. I'm baffled about why it's still open, and how no one has been harmed by their poor pharmacy management.

the Govans CVS does not answer the phone whether they are busy or not. they do not seem to be pleased to see customers, and sometimes they lose prescriptions. Not a good place if you have any urgent prescriptions

I went to the Pharmacy yesterday to pick up my medications around 12: 45 pm. The young woman (in the photo) said my order will be ready at 2 o'clock after her lunch break. Yet, when that time came, she tells me it was not processed. And the man, which stands beside her in the photo, was not visible to do it. I felt she tried to provoke me into anger at that point. I told her to page him. He walked out of the back with an attitude. I made my point known and he totally ignored me. However, I didn't get upset until he said something about me taking his picture. Oh, you can talk now, I replied. Then the same young woman says my prescriptions is filled. I just looked at her, got it, and walked out.

I made an appointment for a flu shot and upon arrival had to wait in line for 10 minutes then once I finally talked to the pharmacist he said to wait over there and he would be out shortly and here I am waiting in the same spot an hour later. Turns out they used to have one person dedicated to giving vaccines but now the only pharmacist in the building has to do EVERYTHING. CVS clearly does not care about its employees

I've never had a problem they always had my medicine .A matter of fact they have to call me to pick up my Medicine.If my medicine expires they will call me and my doctor ,that's great .Thankyou

this is a disgrace I've been waiting for MEDICINE since Friday. When no one called I called and was given a bunch of sorry and 2 totally different reasons why my medicine STILL isn't filled. I came to this pharmacy thinking the customer service would be better and since I have to deal with their specialty pharmacy thought that this would be a good place to bring my regular scripts. I just don't know where to go.
