I have had to get my scripts there for about 5 yrs . It is close to me but my Medicare insists . I am not pleased , they are always overcrowded and lines in the pharmacy . The pharmacists can be short tempered . I am just not pleased I had Walgreens for several yrs and really liked them . Oh well it is what it is

So fast and efficient! They did not hesitate to transfer my RX to their store and fill it in a timely manner. So refreshing to experience friendly customer service from a CVS Pharmacy.

Great service. Fabrice (and his team) is so helpful and understanding, and really goes above and beyond to help. 15/10 customer service. The pharmacy is well organized, clean/well sanitized, and short wait time. Also, they have most of the medications in-stock. Keep up the excellent job.

Under staffed. Un friendly staff. Even manager is rude. No customer service skills whatsoever. If they happen to get a good employee they don't last long. Right now in the pharmacy we have Shawn. He is excellent. Even IF he made mistakes (which he doesn't) his customer service skills are spot on. Since Tessa has been out on maternity leave there hasn't been a decent pharmacist. Lines go from pharmacy counter all the way to the front of the store.

The male pharmacist was rude/angry when I called to ask if it was possible to get my prescription by a certain time. (I mistakenly thought the closing time of the whole store was the closing time of the pharmacy.) My husband overheard and took over the convo because the pharmacist was that condescending and I didn't know what to say. He was rude the next couple of times we had to talk to him as well. This is the closest pharmacy, but I will never get a prescription here again. I'd rather drive a little further for a pharmacy that is faster, open 24/7 and has way better customer service.

Immaculately clean, well-organized, and efficient CVS pharmacy equipped with extremely professional, knowledgeable, caring, and polite team of pharmacists and techs.Mr. Fabrice Djoukam is so helpful and understanding and really went above and beyond to help me (and all others) today and as usual. 16/10 customer service. This was, is, and will always definitely be my home pharmacy/CVS. I have been going on to this pharmacy (900 Edmondson Ave, Baltimore, MD, 21228), since 07/2019. That being said, even if you are a patient with them for 2-years, or 2-minutes; you will get sane level of respect, professional-courtesy, and great service here. This is the best pharmacy. Yes, lines can be a bit longer at certain time of a day, which clearly indicates that they do their job in an accurate, systematic, and accurate manner. And it goes by very fast. Both pharmacists: Ms. Foster and Mr. Fabrice work in a systematic, efficient, accurate and friendly manner to make you feel like you are not just a number. They value patients health, privacy and safety always; and are very friendly, easy to talk to, knowledgeable and professional. Very Respectfully: Moby

This CVS used to be okay, but not anymore. My podiatrist sent a prescription for an antibiotic here (for treatment of my seriously infected toe). It took more than 50 hours (not minutes, HOURS) before my prescription was filled. And only then after several calls to the CVS and an in-person visit to find out what was happening. There was no problem with the prescription order itself, or the insurance company, or the drug being out of stock. They just never got to it until I showed up, even though they had promised to expedite it when I called. Moreover, no one apologized for the delay or explained why it took so long. In addition to this unacceptable performance, their telephone and in-person waiting times were unreasonable (i.e., about 20 minutes on hold or in line). We are never going back.

I made an appointment for vaccination. There was no one in line.That man pretended to be busy! I waited for an hour and had to go! I suggest cvs not to hire such idiots and waste everyone's time!

This CVS is the worst. Indifferent and incompetent customer service every time I visit. They just can't get it right, and they are quick to blame the insurance companies and Dr's for their mistakes. I've moved to another pharmacy... C'est la vie CVS!

Employees working in this pharmacy are irresponsible. We waited for 30 minutes at the counter but no one came to serve to the first person. Two employees seemed to be working inside, but did not respond any one there for 30 minutes. We were on line.

This used to be my go to cvs store, but lately I have noticed that the shelves are bare and it's not very clean in the store. I always expect to wait 15+ min in the pharmacy line, and I didn't receive my scheduled booster shot until 2 hours after my original appointment time. I definitely haven't been loving my experiences lately.

In the past three months an excellent pharmacy has gone from First to Worst. A computer terminal has not been repaired for months, the number of employees is obviously cut to the bare bones and there is no use in even trying to reach the pharmacy by phone . . . NO ONE PICKS UP! ! ! They are inefficient beyond belief and only have me as a customer right now out of waiting for the season to pass so I can transfer my prescriptions elsewhere . . . and I encourage others to do so.At age 74, waiting in line OVER 1/2 hour is not an option, nor so for my wife who is also trapped by CVS at this time.CVS- - - shame on you! You damn well know how to fix this F - UP but apparently you really don't give a Happy Rat's Ass about your customers.

The Pharmacy service is indifferent and incompetent. They are quick to blame the Dr's and insurance companies for their mistakes. When that doesn't work they tell you the limits of their "system". I am a customer - no more. Find another source for your prescription needs. This one only leads to frustration!
