Had to fill a prescription while out of town, and I located the CVS pharmacy on Baltimore National Pike in Baltimore. I had the best experience at a CVS in a long time. Prescription was ready within the 20-30 mins as promised and the staff was absolutely friendly. Pulled up my info within seconds from my VA records. Would definitely go back again.

Im trying to figure out why ive been at the drive thru window for 30 minutes now. I pushed the call button 2 times and still no response. Dont pick you medicine up here if you need it right away.

My doctor faxed over a new prescription twice and I tried on Friday and put my phone on speaker and waited 1 hour to see if they received it as nothing showed on my app. So today I tried again to call as nothing had changed on my status. On the speaker again and hung up after 45 minutes. I have to start the medication before surgery on Tuesday. On Monday morning I will be there in person to get help. This will be the last time I will be there

This is by far the worst pharmacy I have ever encountered. ive been going through health problems and had to get various prescriptions this week, and every time there is a problem. they wont take paper perscriptions given by the ER, (even the ER was confused as to why)I had to call the ER and have them send it electronically and they still only filled out one of two that were sent over. and now they are having "issues" with my anxiety medication, had to send it back to my doctor or whatever. I have never had so much trouble at any store ever! and as someone who has issues with anxiety that affect my heart and can cause fainting spells from panic attacks, i find it completely unexcusable that my doctor said the medication should be ready for pick up yesterday and yet the pharmacy didnt even send it back to them till today! they did not even look at it when it originally came in! and my doctor didnt even know that it was sent back when i called them today! this should have been taken care of yesterday and yet it took me going in person and calling multiple times to try to figure out whats going on for them to finaly say something! this place would get negative starts from me if that was possible.

Store 4079 5703 Baltimore National Pike - After calling Monday- Friday and being give one excuse after another I visit the store today to pick up a prescription for my 90 year old parent. At the drive through I was told my parent's profile at no time ever listed a prescription for high blood pressure. I went home got the empty prescription bottle and went back. The young lady who wait on me remembered me and when she started to tell the male in navy scrubs he cut her off saying "I don't have time for the tell her to go to drop off. The fem in the white lab coat ask for the patient information and asked me when would I like to pick it up. I told her I would wait and she said it would be ready in 30 minutes. I went back to pick it up where I was told again that the did not have any prescription refills for the patient. I said I was just here and I talk to her. the female in the white lab coat got the patient information in and said we don't have that medicine in stock i thought we did but we can order it and it will be should be ready for pick up Monday after 5:00. They lie all week about and I don't believe they will have it Monday. My parent will have to go the week without their prescription not because we didn't request a refill in a timely manner but because the people that work in that pharmacy are rude unethical liars. I will be changing pharmacies first thing Monday morning.

This is my local CVS, and it's been quite some time since I've visited.. I saw the reviews and was pretty skeptical, but I was just picking up a prescription... The store was clean, although not well stocked.. The front-end associate was stocking when I entered and spoke once he saw me.. Now let's talk about the pharmacy.. I called yo see if the 3 prescriptions were ready yesterday. Although they had been submitted 24 hrs prior, I was told to come around 4:30.. That time didn't work for me yesterday, so I went past today.. The pharmacy tech that greeted me was very nice and efficient.. she made me aware that she didn't think my medical card was on file.. I was asked to move to another window where I was greeted by the Pharmacist Fabrice.. Let's wrap this up and say - if I can help it..I'll never go back.. Very rude & aggressive.. it was as if I agitated him by being there..

Good grief, the drive through pharmacy is where dreams go to die! The line, the wait, the service, the torment. Please find another pharmacy. I suggest Rite Aid.

I had a prescription filled in December 2022 w/1 refill remaining. The label stated the prescription had be filled by December 2023.I called the pharmacy to get the refill and they tell me the refill is invalid!!!I hate going to this pharmacy.1. You spend at minimum 45 minutes in the drive thru.2. Once at the drive thru window, I never saw the person, but through the speaker the make voice asked if I was there to pick up or drop off, name etc. He then gave me the total.3. Once he appeared at the window he slid the tray out to collect the payment, did his thing, put the prescription in the tray to slide it out back to me and walked away!!!No greeting, no thank you for your patience.....NOTHING!!This is typical in this day and age!!!Customer service is a blast from the past!!!

CVS really needs to work on practicing their name, Customer Value Stores, or just change it. My last experiences left me feeling unvalued. They don’t realize that there’s other pharmacies up and down the streets.
