They do not care at all. I’ve been trying to get my daughter prescription situated and I’ve been left on hold for 45- 1 1/2 hours. Then someone comes back and don’t even remember why they put me on hold. I’d call back and they act like they don’t want to work.

The pharmacy has people in it who do not care about the communities they serve. They lack the empathy that it takes to give customers the best experience. They also do not do things consistently. Sometimes we are able to do everything via the app or online but most times they are not sending prescription requests to the doctors office. Now they are claiming not to be getting refill requests from the office. This is ridiculous and unacceptable. My daughter has reported this poor behavior to corporate. Please do the same!!!!

This pharmacy refused to serve you when you came in 15 min before closing. Prescription sent over days before and not ready by the promised date and time. Since Walgreens closed, I have to choose new pharmcy and this place is one of the worst.

they have the most horrible pharmacy completely understaffed corporate needs to be very aware. I once had my doctor calling medication and I went there 14 later days later to pick it up and it was not ready. You actually have to go in and wait in line so they can expedite your meds. I've come in here several times with the same experience. I'll be switching my pharmacy ASAP. if there's meds you need to live I suggest you don't send them here.

In short, this location is HORRIBLE!!!!!! Important prescriptions “on hold” and “in process” for weeks!!! No update or a home call from the pharmacy. I called and held for 57 minutes. No one ever answered the phone. I drove to the location and showed the pharmacist that I was currently holding and his response was that they’re “understaffed”. Unacceptable. I want to switch pharmacies all together.

Horrible! Always a line, always people not having prescriptions ready in a timely matter. Today I was given the wrong prescription. This place is the worst!

Horrible service out of 2 out of 5 they were horrible at the pharmacy none of them really cared about my health and a day prior I was in the hospital dying no genuine care of others they need a new lead pharmacy staff

Awful. Never a good experience. Pharmacy is the absolute worst. Doesn’t matter if you call ahead or request ahead- your prescriptions will never be ready. They’ll text you saying your prescriptions are ready for pickup and they tell you when you get there that their system is wrong and doesn’t work. Disorganized and slow and the worst. Def don’t come here for meds you actually need to live or if you have anxiety.

I promise you if you call the pharmacy they won't answer the phone. I can also promise that if you call at 11am they'll make hang on the line until they go to break at 1:30pm. One more promise, you'll definitely have to call back more than once.

Looks like any other Cvs but unfortunately this location is always understaffed. I came in today just to grab a few items and it did not appear that anybody was working. And there was no one at the front counter so I waited for several minutes and still no one arrived so I had to walk back to the pharmacy area and ask where the cashier was Period I would've just paid at the pharmacy but there was a line of people waiting so I went back up and eventually a cashier came up and assisted me. Probably will not come back to this location unless I absolutely had to because no other place was open.

The pharmacy filled my prescription quickly. I was from out of town and concerned by the poor review. The technician was very polite and caring. She seemed to know the patient before me, very well and was quite compassionate. This was a much better CVS experience than my usual store back home
