A received a text to pick up a prescription. There were two people in front of n e picking up multiple prescriptions. I waited in line approximately ten minutes. When it was my turn, I was told that the pharmacy was closing for lunch. I asked what time it closed. I was told at 1:30. I asked what time it was it. I was told 1:30 and to come back at 2 p.m. However it was not 1:30 yet. I came back just after 2 p.m. and had to wait in a line again. Also my prescription was not ready as your text indicated. While I understand that the employees need a break, I would have appreciated them telling me immediately that they couldn't serve me until after 2 p.m. I wasted time and gas because of them.

Not good cutomer service in the Pharmacy dept. Better than it used to be...at least the current Pharmacist will give you explainations to hold-ups of Rx.

Most urban CVS I ever had to deal with. So unprofessional. Refuse to answer calls. Does not have most medications, talk to the customers like crap! It is a department that deals with in most cases life threatening medication and treats people as if they don't care! Never can get through on the phone and I've watched with my own eyes as I stood in line and watched them refuse to answer the phone. The professionalize of the pharmacy is beyond disgraceful! Something needs to be done. They treat the very people who are the reason they have a job with total disrespect

Mixed signals: CVS's COVID testing instructions tell you explicitly to go through the drive thru, and NOT to enter the store. I had to wait at the drive thru for 20 minutes before someone finally told me to come inside, because the staff had chosen not to service the drive thru that day. Maybe put up a sign, or don't offer a service you can't deliver?

I was tested for COVID-19 at CVS Minute Clinic who used Quest for their diagnostics. I was test on Tuesday 7/14 and now 9 days later still no results. What I did get though? MY BILL, BEFORE MY TEST RESULTS!!!!! If I was infected, by the time my results come in I will have already self quarantined for 14 days probably. Nine days and still nothing is unacceptable when others are turn over results SAME DAY! DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY! Best be sure they will turn over your BILL with rapid results though! Side note- CVS staff that assisted me was super friendly. Please CVS partner with another lab, DROP QUEST ASAP!

Took a covid test. They said it would be 5-7 days for results. It's now been 10 days, WTF. This is undermining efforts to contain the virus, and leading to the spread of covid! Get your s*** together!

2925 Pennsylvania Baltimore MD 21217 says according to the voice recorded message. The hours are from 8 a.m to 7 p.m. Then why on June 1st 2020 @5:30 PM. Was the store COMPLETELY CLOSED!?!?!? People set the timing to pick up their medications according to store hours that have been revealed via automated message. If the location is NOT going to be open OR is closing early perhaps it would be a kind action to inform the community that they serve!!!!

This is the worst pharmacy I've ever been too...they're waiting on me so I've a ? about my med, when will it be ready? He tell me to wait so he can finish ringing the other customers up who came n aft me wtf you're not done with me STRIKE 1 than you're loud calling out my rx which is nobody's business but mines STRIKE 2 than I get home & see the safety seal is broke & the count is off on my rx STRIKE 3 TRANSFER MY S*** TO ANOTHER LOCATION
