Worst pharmacy I've ever been forced to use. Due to insurance company agreement I am forced to use CVS. THISlocation NEVER has my mediation in stock. Always get it after refill date and suffer while waiting. There should be a law or something to make them do their job. When I call ever month to check on status of order they are rude and uncaring. This is the CVS from Hell Continuing my nightmare I have been on pain medications for 8+ years. CVS. Doesn't give a s**** Every month I have to constantly nag about scripts on order. I see my doctor 2 weeks before date to refill and now I'm out of meds and CVS is just like oh well their on back order. Tomorrow I will be at the emergency room by evening suffering from withdrawal. THIS IS CRUEL AND INHUMANE AND CVS SHOULD PAY MY ER BILL. $150 out of pocket to be seen. This CVS should be sued and shut down

This use to be such a great pharmacy. Not sure what has happened since the new year of 2022, but the Pharmacy itself (not store) has gone downhill. They have definitely had personnel changes and their service is just awful. 2 weeks ago I went through the drive-thru to pick up a prescription and waited 32 minutes before they came to the window. They told me that they had a long line inside. There were zero cars in the parking lot. I had to call the store from my car for them to come to the window. Today, I waited 52 minutes on the phone just to call in my prescription. 3 people picked up during that time and just kept putting me on hold. When they finally picked up, the girl was so rude when I asked her what the problem was. I honestly have no confidence that my prescription will be ready when I go to pick it up. Unfortunately, like all my family and friends, I will have to follow suit and switch to another pharmacy. It's just such a shame when you've been a long time customer and choose to support locally.

Multiple issues everytime you attempt to give this place another chance out of convenience. Customer service is a lost art at this pharmacy. It doesn't matter what pharmacists is on duty. Even the student pharmacists in training is being trained to be a robot. They don't want to help you solve the issue, they want you to solve it yourself and get out of their face even though they are supposed to be the experts. 2 hours in a pharmacy go figure......

I have filled out surveys for this CVS and always complain about the same thing. The pharmacy is ALWAYS understaffed. Today and usually they had one person who was expected to fill out forms for new prescriptions, wait on the counter and take care of the drive thru window. One pharmacist. There were 5 people waiting for their prescriptions because they got a call saying the scripts were ready. They weren't. One of the 5 of mine was ready even though I got reminder calls to pick up my scripts; as in plural. I have used this CVS for years. There was a time when they greeted customers by name, had time to ask how you were and we even laughed now and then. Corporate knows there is a problem but doesn't care. It's all about making money. If I didn't have to use CVS ( my prescription plan) I would never set foot in one again.

Terrible service, dropped off prescription told to return in an hour, came by 4 hrs later, was told they did not have potassium in stock, but that it has been ordered. to come back the next day. My daughter came back the next day was told the medication was not in to come back later. On my way from work later that evening, i came back and the tech told me potassium was out of stock, and asked if i would like them to order it. This is ridiculous, so what have they been doing all these time?. The pharmacy manager asked the tech what is going on and he told him the potassium was out of stock. The tech told me the pharmacist will look for it. After about 30 minutes the manager asked for my name and processed my medication. So the medication was there after all.

Terrible pharmacy customer service. Takes over 20 minutes of being on hold on the phone for calls- the drive up line sometimes the same. The people are never personal and always make you feel like you're a burden.
