I add this review mostly to note the societal failure we seem comfortable with and the vicious circle that leads to failure. The employees here have always been fine to me, and this location is certainly convenient to a dense neighborhood. But the constant theft and crime leads to poorly stocked shelves, leading to CVS HQ to write this place off and probably close. It’s sad, as neighbors deserve better and the employees deserve better.

Came to pick up my prescription last week, got home and found out it was the wrong quantity. Called the next day, and told to come pick up the rest. A few days later I come and get told that it was falsely marked as having been picked up and as a result, I can't get my meds. So not only did I get less than I should last time I came,. I can't get the correct RX now because of someone else's mistake.
Currently I'm moving, and will have no insurance to get my meds for a few months, so this just. Isn't great. Asked the pharmacist technicians to check th physical location of the meds, as it would still be there then, since it was marked as picked up in the system. This means that then there would be no flag telling them to go to the physical location to get it and put it back. They refused to literally turn around and take a minute and just waved me off saying there's nothing they can do, that since it wasn't picked up, the system would have told them to put it back. Even though, the same system is telling them it was, in fact, picked up.
If you ever come here, or any other CVS pharmacy, check your medication on the spot. The techs won't help you, no matter what, and pass the blame onto the system or someone else rather than try anything else.

Flo was amazing. She went far beyond what was necessary to make sure I was well taken care of. She patient and courteous throughout a very complicated transaction. She is a prize.

Pros:
- easy to find parking
- people are nice
- well stocked
- always open when i need
Cons
- the pharmacy, really- not the store.
- pharmacy never answers the phone
- pharmacy randomly says they don’t cover meds that they should according to insurance and all available information
- other pharmacies have complained that they can’t reach this pharmacy to get meds transferred (aforementioned phone issue)
- pharmacy will randomly be closed when posted hours list open, once even when k had a scheduled vaccine appointment
All in all, store gets 5 stars, pharmacy gets 2.
i’m still on hold.

For some reason my prescriptions were transferred to this pharmacy from rite aid on Chase Street I've called them twice and sat on the phone for over 30 minutes with no answer this is ridiculous and I am immediately calling my doctor and having my prescription sent to a different company this is ridiculous

Love this location... Team members are respectful helpful & delightful!
I typically use this store when I need the pharmacy but if I need anything extra ill grab and use extra care bucks and cvs card....also conveniently close by the house

Worst pharmacy I have ever use. They do not answer the phone. I just hung up after being on hold for 1 hour and 20 minutes.
