Horrible staff, they locked the doors minutes before closing time and refused to unlock the doors. I asked the lady security guard and the two cashiers to unlock the doors yet they refused. Would not recommend AT ALL. The hours are clearly NOT UNTIL MIDNIGHT!

The pharmacy staff are very rude and unprofessional. Except for the head pharmacist, they do not care about your prescription and don't listen to you. Do not pick up your meds here!

The pharmacy is chaos. Something bad always happens since they put in a blonde lady who always sits facing us and is in a bad mood. Treats terrible customers. It must be horrible to be a co-worker of that lady.

Recently went in to make a quick stop for some quick things for my house. I asked for assistance in the body wash aisle only to receive lip from the employee and then have her refuse service to me.
It was so strange and out of pocket. I asked for her name and she replied I don’t have a name. I then asked for a manger and she then inclined to say good luck on that one. Terrible experience someone please needs to talk to her or something because that was definitely not needed to act like a child when she was definitely old in her late 60’s tall lady.

I have been using this pharmacy for over 10 years. The old pharmacist Tyman was the BEST! So when he told me he was leaving I was sad to see him and the old staff go. Now since he has been gone 🤦🏾♀️. It's the most unorganized unprofessional place you could go for your meds. Now all of a sudden my meds are NEVER in stock, the pharmacist acts as if you owe them something for being so disorganized. Last month was the worst experience I've ever had. My doctor called to see what alternative med they had in stock. She told him he sent the prescription just for them not to be in stock. Then the male pharmacist told me he thinks I'm getting too much meds and he don't think I should have what's been prescribed to me for over 15 years 😕. He went from a pharmacist to a therapist, to a psychiatrist and then to psychologist 👀 . All while other patients were there to hear him telling my business on how he felt. What happened to HIPPA ?🤷🏾♀️. I suffer from FIBROMYALGIA I didn't ask for this but I accept it as apart of my every day life. I wouldn't recommend this pharmacy anymore to anyone. Too many chiefs and not enough Indians 🎯 I won't be doing anything here anymore. But it was good while it lasted. It's a sad situation. Hopefully cooperate will read this message and do something about it. I can careless about how anyone feels, but no one should EVER have to worry about being in pain. If you don't know about Fibromyalgia go educate yourself about it. My life has completely changed yet I push myself everyday to get through the day. It should Never be up to the pharmacist to pick and choose who they feel needs their meds. It's sad‼️ but it's True

This is not a good pharmacy; under staffed and poor follow up. Had my prescription called and they said “our system can’t find it” or “we didn’t get it”, just poor excuses for incompetence. When you call in, you’re always on hold and can’t get a person on the phone. Save yourself the headache and go somewhere else.

Continual trouble with pharmacy. CVS system keeps telling me RXs are ready and I go there and there's some problem. Over and over. The staff don't understand the issue and will tell you something they believe, based on what the system does or doesn't tell them, but 100% of the time it's not CVS' fault. It's the insurance company's fault, it's some other store's fault, it's my doctor's fault, it's my fault. It's never an issue with CVS systems, or a situation where those problems could be reported and GET FIXED.
This month, they keep telling me that my insurance is incorrect on one Rx while giving me another RX with the exact same insurance info on the label, the CVS claim system and my card. Even though they're interacting with CVS's own system, and it's demonstrably wrong, they still blame the insurance company for this problem and won't contact anyone at CVS to get it fixed.
Why do I have to show up 7 times in a month because of the same fixable problem? And moreover, why every time this happens are staff disclosing the details of my case, Rx, doctor, and insurance in front of a line of other customers? A staff member did this the other day just to punish me for complaining.
Clearly CVS has no idea how to create a reliable system, nor train staff in how to navigate its stupid problems, nor build a culture that respects the customer and their privacy and time.
Finally, don't have people working there that can't comprehend any of this. Systems, customer service, privacy, ethics, HIPAA compliance, etc. This is healthcare not f'ing McDonald's.

Unfortunately this CVS store has been plagued by constant theft so almost everything is under lock and key. Their inventory is perennially limited compared to the CVS near where we live in Florida. A few of the staff are helpful and knowledgeable about where things are located but most are clueless.

The $2-$5 candy is under lock and key. We walked by after dinner on way back to hotel and stopped to pick up snacks. Rang the service needed bell and waited. An employee came up to us with a handful of keys, like came within two feet of us pointing at the cabinet, then turned on her heel and walked away. We waited a few more minutes but she never came back to assist us, it seemed like maybe something was wrong with her. Totally bizarre experience I have no idea how they manage to sell anything. I guess we’ll live without candy snacks!

I hate to give the low rating because the actual cvs staff have been amazing. However , in the recent months the pharmacy staff have turned over and it’s been terrible! They close early with no notification (a hand written note over the hours of operation), they are 10x slower than they used to be and today the pharmacy staff was just plain rude. I use to tolerate the higher cost of medicine because it was local, friendly pharmacy (for 15+ years). This has gotten out of hand. This has been pretty consistent with less than ideal service from the pharmacy.
