Setting aside that this store looks like it's on the verge of closing...this review is largely about the pharmacy. I tried to fill a prescription for a common medication. 'Script was sent directly to this location from the doctor. I went in a few days later and was told they were still trying to fill it. Uh...ok. Went back a week later. They're still trying to fill it. At this point, obviously something is wrong, but they either don't know or won't tell me. Go back after two weeks and talk to yet another person, who tells me that there's some sort of flag on the medication type. She doesn't know what it means (ok, ask?). Then asks me if I still want them to try and fill it--since I was never asked if I wanted to NOT fill it, yes. Another week passes, they still haven't filled it, still can't explain why, and are stuck in the same incompetence loop. I know CVS is struggling, most likely corporate is to blame for staff turnover, outdated or just plain bad IT, and other infrastructure issues, but this is just plain ridiculous. I transferred my script to another pharmacy and it was ready the next day with no problem.

The workers are so rude and just hang up on you. The lady i spoke to never asked for my name or DOB so i asked her if she needed that and she said yes with the biggest attitude then just hung up on me. I had to call because the app wasn’t showing the correct information. Sorry my call was such an inconvenience

Why do I still send my prescriptions here?!! Seriously this place just keeps getting worse. Been here with one person in front of me for 25+ minutes and the staff is just absolutely unaware of the people in line while one of them is just standing there. The other one can’t figure something out, but won’t clear the line and get the other people taken care of while they wait to resolve the issue. This is just the latest example. There’s not enough room here to list them all.

The worst run store I have ever been to. The pharmacy staff are rude and shockingly unhelpful. It feels like they go out of their way to make it the worst experience possible

This is actually the worst pharmacy I’ve ever been to. They continue to fail to auto-renew my medications and I often have to go in to be told “it’s not ready” when it should’ve been ready days ago. And just three months ago, they told me there was an issue with one of my medications and needed my doctor to send a new prescription, so my doctor sent a new prescription with THREE refills and they still gave me issues in the store, but thankfully I was able to get the prescription. Now three months later, I go to pick up THE SAME MEDICATION, and they say it’s “inactive” in their system and need my doctor to send yet another prescription. It’s just absurd how they remain in business.
Horrible service. They’re extremely rude and understaffed and everything is the customers fault despite us having zero control over their systems and processes.

The pharmacist never answer the phone when I call, I’m always on hold for over 30 minutes. When I go in my medication is never ready. Just ridiculous!

The slowest I have ever seen any place fill a prescription. Prescription sent on Thursday, went back twice since then, and only on Sunday did I get my medication, and that's after all the in-person reminders I had to deliver.
Combined with the general condition of the location (no cooling in summer, nothing ever in stock, accidentally bought chocolate 4 months out of date, the list goes on), I can't help but think that this is not a failure of its employees but that of its manager(s) or owner(s). Place is understaffed, and if I had to work at a drug store that is not only a drug store but perhaps the worst CVS I have ever laid eyes on, I would be in pretty low spirits too.
Employees were friendly to me, though. That's a plus.

This is the absolute worst pharmacy and if you have a better option do go elsewhere.., I am telling you..you've been warned..scroll through the reviews if you think this is random. Think the worst experience you could imagine., then let it register that this is worse than that.

Worst pharmacy I have ever used. Frequently had to have doctors prescriptions sent multiple times to get the correct medications. They do not answer the phone. Put the call on speaker they other day and hung up after 1 hour and 20 minutes.

If I could leave 0 stars I would. Incredibly rude service, under staffed and no one answers the phone. I lasted here 5 days before switching my pharmacy.

By far the BEST CVS I’ve ever been in! The staff is very accommodating and super friendly. They went out of their way to take care of me when I needed to get some last minute photo prints for my business - and they did it with a smile! So happy to have this store in my neighborhood!!!! This is my new staple.
