Unfortunately they are LYING to customers when it comes to the garage door entrance being broken. I watched an employee open the gate, walk in and close it back up. If it is broken this gate/entrance has been broken every time I’ve went 2-3 months 3/4 times a month and to be completely honest it’s very unprofessional to be intentionally (ish been “broken” too long to not be intentional) inconveniencing customers because Management and/or the building owners and or corporate are too cheap to fix the garage or they are to cheap to pay for more security to guard the door so they can stop lying and saying its broken. I’m only writing this because I’m annoyed that I’m parking in a parking garage for the convenience and it’s not convenient at all. Also, these mofos have handicap parking in there and no way for someone with a wheelchair to get into cvs. Which makes it not ADA compliant. Which I believe is illegal if someone was to report this to the department of justice. (I will not because I changed my pharmacy).
lol yes. Today I am a black Karen. Why? Because they (whoever) is on some BS.
Lol but I will say the customer service is cool. Pharmacy messed up a few times. But we human so whatever.

CVS 101 North Wolfe Street TONIGHT IS SO AWESOME! I literally witnessed her helping every customer in the store when it appeared that her shift was over! She just couldn’t leave she was so helpful and friendly to everyone. There needs a TONI in every CVS to brighten everyone’s day and make the stores day to day business flow well !

So difficult to get a prescription filled. My PCP sends in a prescription and a week later, I call to see if it’s ready and it’s not, or they didn’t receive the prescription, or they can fill it but it’s going to take even longer. I’m not sure what’s going on but I have never had such difficulty getting a prescription filled

There were signs that says that they can take walk-in for Flu vaccine and that's what I did. They told me they don't take walk-in. I made an appointment and went back 5 minutes before my appointment yet they told me there will 20 minutes wait, which ended up to be 30 minutes. However, I didn't see people waiting to be vaccinated before me and they were just taking other clients who came after me for pick up during that time. FYI-I was with a crying baby.

Single worst CVS pharmacy I have ever been to. They have screwed up my order every single time, I am not sure how that is even possible. It feels like they just don’t know what is going on. Don’t go here.

I love how friendly the workers in this location are. Security speaks when you walk in but what I don't like about them is they have a tendency to follow you around the store as if you're going to steal something. After all isn't that what cameras are for and they are only there for protection in case something breaks out. Correct me if I'm wrong.

Hate the new pharmacy system you can not speak directly to someone , they prompt you to leave a VM and they will call back when they call back they say nothing and end the call ( I believe they are pretending to do call back ) system sucks

It's currently Sunday 6/23 at 0812. Both Google and the Store Hours sign says the store opens at 0800. I called and received no response. The hours need to be updated so that customers are not inconvenienced. If the hours are correct, management needs to speak with their employees.
