The messaging was inconsistent, but they were nice about it. Part of the confusion was my doctors fault. Of course, one RX wasn't approved pending approval. CVS owns my insurance company. They are delaying & denying. Sound familiar? 💀

Poor customer service in the pharmacy, medications not filled at time promised, staffed, no one is assisting customers in order they were addressed.

Had pretty major surgery on 12/11, physician called in prescription 12/12 for me to pickup on my way home from hospital. Called the pharmacy before leaving hospital to confirm that I could pick up medication and was told I was only able to get one rx and the other rx I needed to come in to discuss insurance…..this is where confusion begins, I’m exhausted from being discharged and went one night without either medication and resulted to advil for my first post op night. On 12/13, had a friend come pick me up to go to pharmacy to still obtain 1 rx (drive thru) and inquired when I would be able to pick up second rx and was then told I needed to come inside to discuss, which is diabolical as my abdomen had been cut from end to end. Go home call customer care and it’s took the young lady calling 2x before someone even answered the phone to inquire about my medication. I’m still confused about it all considering my doctors office is simultaneously calling me to tell me someone from the pharmacy rudely called the office to tell them they need to call around to various CVS to determine who had the medication………and then abruptly hung up. I can certainly find another location and most likely will however until I decide to do that I’m going to figure out this overall lack of care empathy and quality service and I will continue to call CVS customer care as I’m not just anyone……which is probably how they treat people day in and day out. I’ve been in healthcare as a quality/compliance manager for more than 26 years with a good portion of my time as a pharmacy compliance manager, and I’d have these employees on a performance improvement plan expeditiously. Very poor customer service, and I shudder to think your elderly customers, or customers who do not have my level of knowledge feel dealing with subpar service. Regardless of how these employees feel what they fail to realize is that they are part of a patients coordinated care and if there is a breakdown in service at this point then people are far more likely to have set backs than not. It should not be a struggle to get prescribed medication or at least be informed of the process. Shame on all of you. Furthermore it’s mind boggling that you actually close down from 1:30-2 what is that so everyone can eat together…..ridiculous you’re all adults; stagger lunches so the public is served at their convenience and not the other way around. As I’m starting to feel better, tomorrow I will continue trying to get my medication but I’m also going to make some calls to the state board on Monday (time for an audit/investigation) there is a definite problem with this pharmacy and its employees. You thought you could carry the patient and I’m here to let you know you failed in service to the right one today ! Everyone working yesterday and today should be ashamed; this type of behavior doesn’t just happen. Each of you have been operating like this and you should reevaluate if this is the right field to be in. More to come…………

The store is clean and well stocked with most items. The front desk clerk is very professional. She greats me and ask questions to confirm my needs. She is and exampe for others to follow.

Came to this location on Oct 4, 2024. The front desk clerk was rude , disrespectful to customers in line. She was frowning, body language spoke volumes that she was not excited to be at work. Issue I had with her was that she angrily told a senior and myself that we were in the wrong area to wait in line. I have never been talked to like this at this CVS. She needs more training on customer service. This will be my last time visiting this CVS. She was a disgrace to the human race. I feel for the other customers who will encounter this bitter person in the days, weeks to come.

Do not send your prescriptions here, you will regret it. I just tried to pick up my medications for the third time this week and for the third time this week the pharmacy was closed when it was supposed to be open. The poor cashiers in the main store have no idea of how to know when the pharmacy will be open. I’m now cold turkey off my meds which is literally dangerous and experiencing side effects due to going cold turkey. I may have to go to the ER.

There are some nice people who work here and the store isn’t all bad. However, for the 2nd time in the past month I’ve stopped here on the way to work and the doors are locked during operating hours. Today (2/5/24) it is 9:32am, they’re suppose to open at 9am, and the front doors are locked.
