Wooo.... I hate this place.
The ONLY reason I went there yesterday is because my kiddo was sick and prescribed a med on a Sunday and my regular pharmacy is closed on Sundays.
I hate nearly everything about this location. The actual location. The parking lot. The store. The pharmacy and the ridiculous line. The employees who cannot be bothered to use complete sentences or explain anything to you. The prices are an absolute joke. Who shops at this place and pays these prices? Have y'all heard of Target or WalMart???
A wretched experience from start to finish.

I’m currently waiting in line for medications, which is very common at this location. The staff are not polite, maybe because they are chronically short staffed. Today they are once again short staffed.
I hope I have finally learned my lesson and will find a CVS that is a more pleasant and speedy experience, although undoubtedly it will be out of my way. The drive will be worth it.

I agree with the rest of the negative responses… Specifically in the pharmacy. I wish I could go back closed pharmacy on York Rd. I have never seen this much poor negative customer service. They must do better or they will next to close down because people will not tolerate this poor behavior.

The employees are the most sour people! Usually need to go find an employee as they are not at the registers. Then they act like they are doing you a favor. I’m going to Walgreens!!!

It’s a shame that there’s one nice person who works in the pharmacy and the rest are rude and hostile. I showed up just before their lunch break I think, and instead of saying “we close for lunch, we’ll be back at 2:00” or something I got “UH UH SHES THE LAST ONE” indicating that the person being helped currently would be the last customer they took before lunch.
I went online to see if I could push my pick up deadline for my meds a day and come back, but if I knew it was just a lunch break I’d have left and come back later. Instead, once that person left, they waved me up with the same nasty attitude and VERY begrudgingly helped me, making sure I knew what a problem I was for them.
I would have happily waited 30 minutes or come back. I don’t memorize other people’s lunch schedule. But just saying “SHES THE LAST ONE” doesn’t communicate to me anything but “you’re too late.”
Bad communication and it’s been too many years of this kind of rudeness. I’d rather drive another 5 miles to another location than deal with this every time I pick up my medication for my anxiety. Talk about defeating the purpose.

Please take the woman who is mean to people off the cash register. I continue to pray she changes her attitude. It has to be a change on the inside b4 it can happen on the outside. I pray!

These guys have made some big changes lately. They have more people working and seem to have created systems to deal with the numbers.

Horrible customer service. I asked the pharmacy rep at the counter for 12 hour Sudafed . The rep picks up cvs brand of sinus medicine. I tell her I want 12 hour Sudafed she states it’s all the same that’s why you have to be specific. The 12 hour Sudafed is sitting right beside the CVS sinus . She still trying to tell me that CVS and Sudafed are the same brand. A customer damn near 80 years old point out the Sudafed as well as me and says Miss this brand clearly says Sudafed then she picks it’s up oh that’s why you need to specific. No miss you need to comprehend CVS sinus pills and 12 hour Sudafed are different brands. Instead of trying tell me CVS brand was Sudafed how about take the time to look Sudafed sitting right in your face smh 🤦♀️

If I could give them a half of star or negative star, I would. Went here out of convenience for a COVID (Moderna) booster shot. I had a scheduled appointment and checked in via phone as prompted the morning of upon my arrival. They don't greet you and are just plain ole rude and ghetto. But the kicker was the pharmacist. His behavior was very odd. He literally gave me a shot standing at least 2 people away from me like he was playing skee-ball. It was the most painful booster shot I've ever gotten because he was so far away and applied so much pressure. The medication was dripping down my arm and I was bleeding. He stepped away after I asked for an alcohol pad and also got me a bandaid. You'd think he would have had that readily available. He had no mask on and was odd like he was allergic to people or fearful. I should've been the one concerned. Being 6 months pregnant and this experience is one for the books. I will never go to this CVS again...especially for the pharmacy. I won't even buy a pack of gum here. They clearly need some additional training (home training and professional training). Very disappointing. Go elsewhere. Read the reviews and spare yourself.

The negative reviews for this pharmacy are accurate. When picking up my prescriptions, I am always forced to wait in a long line. Once it's my turn, I am met with hostility and attitude by the employees, no matter how kind I am to them. I always leave this pharmacy feeling like I'm inconveniencing the people who work here; the customer service is abysmal.
I am currently going through fertility treatment, which is stressful in and of itself. A crucial part of this treatment are the medications I'm prescribed to take; medications that must be taken on specific days, at specific times. Last month, I had to go to the pharmacy not once, not twice, but THREE times in a single afternoon because the CVS store was closed due to a "power outage" on the day I was due to start taking medication. This created a lot of unnecessary stress and anxiety for me, but I also understand that things happen, and let it go.
However, last night was the final straw for me. I went to the pharmacy to pick up my medication, which I needed to start taking that evening. I made eye contact with an employee, who bluntly said, "The system is down." I said, "Okay, do you know when it will be back up? I need to take my medication this evening." They then said, "Do you think you're the only person who needs their medication? I don't know when it will be back up." I was taken aback by this response and left. I had to cancel a meeting in order to give myself enough time to drive back to the pharmacy to see if the system was up and running again, which it fortunately was. Upon seeing that I was back, the employee stared at me and then blatantly rolled their eyes at me. They asked for my name, got my prescription, and essentially threw it in my face.
I'm sure the system being down caused unexpected stress for the employees working last night, but taking their frustration out on the customers asking reasonable questions is unprofessional. I had to take my medication last night. If I hadn't, I would've wasted hundreds of dollars on this fertility treatment. These people work at a pharmacy. People come there for medications for ailments of varying severity. You would think the employees would have the decency to realize they don't know what a customer is going through and to treat them with kindness. But they don't.
I've previously just accepted the poor customer service because the pharmacy is conveniently close to my home, but after last night, I will be taking my business elsewhere. I'd rather drive out of my way than continue to deal with the employees who work here.

The pharmacy always crowded!!
They need better employees because they have no type of urgency and don’t care about nothing. The head pharmacist is just like the employees under him!! They it get from him!!

Pharmacy consistently makes mistakes or doesn’t care or what because they do nothing to help ever and have been straight up wrong and lied to me before. Worst pharmacy you could possibly go to.
