Just walked in right at 1:30 to pick up a prescription and they turned me away…poor customer service. I’ll look for another pharmacy.

I have never been in any store as filthy as this! There is trash and bits of paper all over the floor, plainly it is never swept, and the carpet is stained. It was sickening. The stock on shelves looks like it was stocked by an angry child. The person that waited on me in the pharmacy was polite. Whoever manages this dump should be fired. I will NEVER set foot in this filthy dump again!

Update from previous positive review; no longer have staff to assist and impossible to find employee to open the locked cabinet for simple facial products. No one on the floor. Honestly, it's just easier to drive further to Target.
Best CVS location for super customer service, no more seeking out a staff person- they will approach you if you look like help may be needed. Friendly and knowledgeable so this is my go-to location

Pricing that is shown was not given even after proving it was displayed with discounted price. Staff was not helpful and acted as if it was a burden to help me. No price on items. Store was unkept in the isles.

Terrible store. They never answer the phone when calling to speak to the pharmacy. The pharmacy has already been open half an hour and the phone is shut off not receiving calls.

The pharmacy manager Tessa is extremely rude and unprofessional. I arrived while the pharmacy was closed for lunch. I am aware that all pharmacies close for lunch, but did not know the specific hours and the only information available in the store is a small sign on the front door. I was having a conversation with the other gentleman that was waiting near the pharmacy asking if he knew when they would open again and Tessa begins screaming from behind the screen (I did not know she was there and I never addressed her) that every pharmacy in the area is closed between 1:30 and 2pm and it has been like that for several years. She was so unprofessional and immediately became irritated and inserted herself into my conversation. I responded that she was being rude and she just continued to be nasty about the pharmacy hours. I walked away and found a floor manager. When I told her about what happened her only response was "oh that is the pharmacy manager" as if that someone justifies her behavior. I never have a rave-worthy experience at CVS, however Tessa's behavior was unacceptable and I will be moving my prescription elsewhere

This pharmacy is horrible. I have endured the incompetence and ill manners for years simply because it was close. Never notified me there was an issue with our insurance when my son’s refill was sent by his pediatrician and then refused to refill the same medication when I explained that I would just pay out of pocket and submit to insurance for reimbursement. Said it couldn’t be refilled because it wasn’t going through insurance and “they have been flagged for filling cash prescriptions” No idea what that even means as his 30 day medication has been refilled at this location every 6 weeks for the past year. Pharmacist hung up on me when I probed for answers and told her explanation didn’t make any sense. Same pharmacist opens the pharmacy 30 mins late regularly in the morning. Run, don’t walk, to another location.

Not always great but it is a CB pharmacy what can you say. I love the drive through so I don't have to get out of my car. Sometimes it takes a while to have prescription filled but what can you expect they are very busy. Great sales

Bad service from the employees, one as a customer greets them and they don't even respond, I approached them to ask for help and they didn't help, they left us ignored, the employee's name is Gail, terrible service. Without education.

I'm a customer and a neighbor of this CVS store. I want to give Gail, the store manager, a full FIVE star, for her professionalism and care in helping solve a problem for me. I had reported repeatedly to the store that the trees along the fence encroached over my house, asking the store to trim them. But over two years, the staff did not take action using various excuses. A few weeks ago I met Gail in the store and told her the story. She agreed to check into the issue, and last Friday a crew contractors got the job done! Praise Gail, for her effective leadership in customer and community service! Sorry I may have spelt her name wrong and didn't get her last name.

BEWARE OF CVS PHARMACY/CVS HEALTH AND MARGIE MULQUEEN CVS made racial insults to me. CVS maliciously destroyed my invaluable, and irreplaceable wildlife photos from 1974. CVS's Manager, Margie Mulqueen has obstructed justice by denying both the police and my review of their videos, which proved which employee is guilty of theft. CVS refused any communication with me despite my six complaints. CVS refused to reprimand any of their employees regarding both racial insults and theft. With CVS, there is neither justice nor accountability. I overheard their employee made a racial insult about me to three other employees, and a customer. Then she or another employee stole my irreplaceable film, that was supposed to be sent for processing. Their manager Maggie Mulqueen, refused to disclose the name of the employee seen on their videotape, either to me or to Cpl. Singh, of the Baltimore County Police. She refused to even discipline the CVS employee. CVS ignored my four complaints. There are no consequences or accountability for CVS employees making racial insults, and stealing. Their refusal to provide the name of their employee is an obstruction of justice, designed to prevent me from taking legal action. That is very sad! I entrusted my prized slides to them for development. I believe that the CVS employee who made racial insults intentionally disposed my property. Since this is stealing, it is a crime. CVS has the videos, but refused to tell me the name of their employee. Their manager, Margie Mulqueen is guilty of a cover-up to a theft and crime. On October 5, 2023, I took my slides and print negatives to the CVS at 900 Edmondson Avenue, Baltimore, MD 21228, store 4602. Their photo assistant, Virginia told me they would take 2 or 3 weeks for processing them to a disc. Three weeks, I finally spoke to Virginia. She informed me that my property was stolen by an employee, as only an employee had access to my photos. In the next three weeks, I called three times to CVS so-called customer service. Each time, I was promised that a CVS district manager would call me. Of course, nobody ever contacted me. The last call, I demanded a formal case number, which is S9843498. Since CVS corporate would not help me, I tried calling the store manager, Margie Mulqueen. She admitted in her email to me that she has store photos, and could find out which employee took my photos. I even offered her a $100 reward/finder's fee for the return om my slides and negatives, with no questions asked. She called me two days later, said she saw the videos in front of both the pharmacy and the photo department, and asked what I wanted. I said I wanted the employees' name. She asked why. I said if CVS was going to take no action in my behalf, I would take legal action. She then said she would refuse to share the employees' name with me. Margie Mulqueen is guilty of obstructing justice and participating in a cover-up designed to protect her employee. These were my best wildlife slides dating from 1975 that I wanted to make prints of. They included Grizzly Bears, Black Bears, Mountain Sheep, Rattlesnakes, etc. There is no amount of money or compensation that can repay me for my losses. I only wanted my property that I had entrusted to CVS to be returned, and all employees involved in this theft to be accountable. I made a complaint with the Baltimore County Police Department Cpl. Singh visited CVS a number of times. Cpl. Singh was lied to, and CVS refused to provide their tapes to him indicating who stole my film. I made a complaint to the Maryland Attorney General's Office of Consumer Protection. CVS replied that they "made all reasonable attempts to provide a satisfactory outcome. They misled that and flagrantly lied since they provided no attempts. Tony Raymond 973 Circle Drive Baltimore, MD 21227 410-247-0837

I try to NEVER go to this CVS. Usually drive an extra 10/15 mins to Centennial Lane. However, I was in a rush and needed my child’s antibiotics tonight so went against my better judgement and had the Rx sent here. It sucks that the drive thru window is not open but aside from that I actually had a good experience. I didn’t wait long in line and was greeted by a beautiful smiling face. She was so kind and helpful. The Rx wasn’t ready but she filled it right away and I was out of there in less than 5 mins. The name on my 3ft long receipt is Morgan so hopefully that’s her. She absolutely deserves recognition of her wonderful customer service.

The pharmacy staff shows no empathy nor professionalism. When they are out of a medication, they do not attempt to contact other CVS Pharmacies in the area to see if anyone has it. I find it difficult to believe that no pharmacy at all has a common medication. The location is often cluttered in the aisles, and they apparently aren't the cleanest store in the area. The carpeting near the pharmacy is filthy, with what looks like phlegm and food waste stains. Of course the area around the pharmacy is not the safest, but their attitude towards the customer is extremely unprofessional. I may switch to Walgreens soon. I would give no stars if I could, but Yelp won't let me.
