Hopefully corporate looks into them and shuts this location down from all the BAD reviews. I ordered a $35 (overpriced) heating pad due to being ill but it was the only store close to my hotel (w/o car). The pad had pet fur all over it, smelt like pee, the remote was busted , and paint on it. I've worked at CVS years ago. I know how returns work. there is no reason why this was on the shelf. just nasty and lazy

Calling the store and trying to speak with a pharmacy staff is an unpleasant experience. After being held on for over 20 minutes, the person at the other end connected and hung up immediately, making me to make another call with another 20 minutes plus waiting time. Zero (0) star for this experience

It’s cool ? you guys need more staff in the store. Maybe self checkout.But, for-real you guys need more staff in middle and back of aisle of store.The front guy was stocking and working registration. It can get busy real quick. They need to be ready.

Extremely unprofessional, from the long waits in the store line for the pharmacy; to the signs in the drive through window which is never open; to the telephone hang ups after you've been on hold for 30 minutes trying to call in your prescriptions; to the broken registers that go offline in the middle of your transaction; to the lack of medications and lack of communication about refills and holds; to the uncertainty about the temperament and professionalism of the staff. They need to tighten up.

They literally do not answer the phone and just hang up. You have to show up in person and still do not get any help. I have been calling for two days straight regarding medications and have been hung up on after waiting on hold for 20 + minutes.

Never disappointed all the time I filled my prescription in this pharmacy, always on time every time. Just a little wait in line for about 10-15 minutes. Overall the staff are doing good, fast and fulfilling customer orders?

This pharmacy has some of the worst customer service I have seen. To have wait 1.50 hrs. for RX to be filled is ridiculous and then to be told they do not have the medication. The Director of this facility needs to investigate what’s happening at this store. The customer service keeps going down, not to mention the lack of professionalism and consistency with operating hours, and the long lines. The community needs to consider other options. It’s a Rite across the street Go there!

The staff here are very negligent. I’ve called many times to ask about a prescription now, and they keep hanging up. Their customer service is very bad and I wouldn’t suggest this pharmacy to anyone honestly.

This pharmacy has some of the worst customer service I have seen. I have lived in the area for over 15 years and the customer service keeps going down, not to mention the lack of professionalism and consistency with operating hours, and the long lines.

It's really unfortunate how bad all the CVS pharmacies are in this area. I have a feeling it's because they're understaffed, which is difficult to correct, but it's nearly impossible to get a prescription refilled here. I just spent 30 minutes on hold waiting for someone to pick up and eventually gave up. I have a prescription that's not just an easy refill (it's an increased dosage, and CVS won't fill it because they say it's too soon, even though I have been given approval by my insurance because of the dosage change), so I have to speak with someone, yet it's impossible to reach anyone. When I've gone in person, it's equally difficult to get anything resolved. For people who don't have hours to spend to get a refill done, they'll have to go without their meds, which is a terrible situation.

Omg!!! How rude...today 6/9/23 at 1pmI'm at front cashier paying for my purchases and the cashier is on her phone texting and surfing while ringing me up..NEVER greeted me NEVER said "anything else", NEVER said "Thank you", NEVER said ANYTHING. I don't even think she gave me eye contact! I understand sometimes we dont like our job, but when you working with the public who is spending their hard earned money, at least say "THANK YOU" I promise, if this happens again at this location, I will ask for a refund!

I came here a few weeks ago to pick up an Rx and a few other items. Kamiyah was super helpful and kind. She made sure that I found everything I was looking for. My review simply stands for this specific employee. I am not commenting on the safety of the store in general.

This cvs sucks I need to take them off my pharmacy list for the doctors office. They stay backed up and the medicine is never ready. My doctor sent prescription yesterday I called this morning they said it be ready after 3 that’s crazy!! And whoever answers the phone has no customer service skills!!!!

will regularly take 45-1.5 hours to get to talk to a pharmacist. I don't enjoy wasting my time on hold. take a voicemail or something. I can't keep calling back into your office and restarting this cycle. I have a life and I just want help getting my prescription. Like if i could communicate what else I need to you in some other way I would but please, why doesn't anyone pick up the phones?
