Dirty location, broken door glass that they refuse to repair, they don't open until 9am, which is very late for people who have jobs, and their pharmacy is mind-blowingly slow.I hate this location but they closed the only other one in Northwest Baltimore.The head pharmacist is pretty nice though, so thank God for that.

I love how easy it was to locate the hair brand products I was looking for. The prices were as stated by the producer of the product. I am extremely satisfied and I will be returning to get the rest of these products soon.

Very rude and unprofessional pharmacist.I went there to get my flu shot but the old lady looked at me from up and down , smirked and rudely told me “come another time”. I was confused. She didn’t gave me any reason why ,she just told me to be gone.I hope god bless her with the happiness she lacks in her life ,so that she becomes more pleasant.

The pharmacy folks are friendly and courteous and fine to work with in person; however, because I am working during most of the pharmacy hours, I do NEED at times to talk to a pharmacist. I have tried calling many times (on various days since the pharmacy on Reisterstown Road closed) at different hours from my work place, hoping to reach a pharmacist, but to no avail ... waiting ... listing to the music ... no one answers ... just music ... I hang up and try again later ... same thing ... and not during their lunch hour or mine ... the last time I tried today was around 3:45pm to 4:14 pm ... I will try again tomorrow...

The pharmacy technicians are unprofessional and rude and honestly ghetto. Yes, the location is not the best however everyone does not deserve to b treated with such unprofessionalism. I called to only inquire about a medication and the technician response to me was as if he knew me personally and I was getting on his nerves. Management needs to do better overall on this place. I will not be getting any prescriptions sent there ever again. I honestly hope this CVS gets shut down permanently!

Pharmacy does not answer phone terrible for a pharmacy to not answer phone when your calling pertaining to your meds something needs to be done evidently management allows this !!!

Pharmacist at Park Heights n Rogers Ave is very professional and helpful. Goes above n beyond when issues with your insurance to help u get your prescription. Also cashier on duty was customer service on point. Good Customer Service is a plus so I always go to this CVS however the parking lot needs some serious attention. Makes u think twice before stopping there. Otherwise I would give 5 stars for the service I received. And security guards head is always down in his phone. Geeze sir. How u gonna protect what u don't see coming, trouble not gonna text u first.

Wish I could give it a zero. I just called to talk to a pharmacist (the computer couldn't answer my questions) and I was on hold for 35 minutes until I finally just hung up. There's NO WAY after 35 minutes no one in the pharmacy had a second to pic up the phone and, at the very least say, "please hold" but I got nothing but musak and cvs ads. So frustrating and still no answers or help from CVS.

This CVS literally never picks up the phone. Been on hold with the pharmacy for two 30 minute blocks in a single day and finally gave up.
