Pharmacy provides the worst customer service. Be prepared for significantly long wait times if existing customers in line. No assistance for individual attempting to handle both counter and drive up window. Other pharmacy staff offer no help at all in these situations.

I donât understand the point of not being able to talk to a real person and being prompted to leave a voicemail. They donât check your voicemail and just call you and ask âwhat do you wantâ in serious need of customer service training for the pharmacy area.

The store manager, Darriellel was very helpful and took the time to explain how I could save money by buying a bigger product. She smiled the whole time. It made shopping there enjoyable!

Changed hours without any notification. People steal from the store a lot so the change in hours makes sense but they still have the sign up on the storefront with the old one. Secondly, they close the registers at 4:00 and they donât close until 5:00 on the weekends. Iâm assuming so the supervisors or head cashier can leave early. Absolutely unprofessional.

CVS in general has bad customer service but this location takes the cake. Unorganized, rude, disrespectful and bullies are what I can describe this place. It can be 10 people roaming in the back but still one cashier and one consultation cashier. They will be laughing and talking to each other and ignoring The people Waiting in line for their prescriptions. And making the matters worse they donât even know if your prescriptions are in or not, and make you wait for their pleasure. If I can give 0 star, I will. The whole team needs to go.

I have found every CVS is different. Belair road does not have enough people working the front. Towson is great and helpful. Essex does not have enough people to work the pharmacy so people can quickly pick up there prescriptions. I have seen as many as 15 people lined up at pharmacy counter at 8:30 pm trying to pick up prescriptions. Poorly run in my opinion.
