Never answer the phone. EVER. currently on hold 30+ min. Last time they shorted me 170 pills. Trying to get the rest of them has been a nightmare. Non responsive, extreme attitude, and they literally gave me a 100 pills for a quantity of 270 prescription which is both THEFT AND FRAUD. Not sure how they haven’t been shut down.

I don’t think I’ve ever written a bad review, but I need to warn anyone who was planning to use this pharmacy. 1) It is impossible to reach anyone over the phone. On numerous occasions, I’ve been waiting 30 or 40 minutes, then someone picks up says hello and hangs up before I can say anything. 2) when refilling antidepressants (which has a withdrawal), I was told I needed a request from my doctor. My doctor sent them a request at least 3 times. I went without it, and it was miserable. 3 days later they finally realized they had it filled the whole time. 3) they told me they were out of another medication after the pharmacist had already told me it would be 30 minutes & I waited for it. After going back and forth for a few minutes, I politely tried to get the pharmacists attention, and when I finally did, he gestured to the employee to just go ahead and fill it?? So they did. So they had it the whole time? 4) even if everything goes “smoothly” it is an extremely stressful experience every single time. Everyone behind the counter is flustered and flailing, and there is a huge line no matter the time of day. Just go somewhere else.

ABSOLUTELY THEEE WORST STORE & PHARMACY DEPT. & EMPLOYEES IVE EVER SEEN!!! POOR & EMPTY SHELVES!!! EXTREMELY LONG PHARMACY LINES!!! POOR PHARMACY COSTOMER SERVICE!!! POOR PHARMACY ORGANIZATION OF PRESCRIPTIONS!!!! POOR PHARMACY PHONE ANSWERING SKILLS!!! It’s been this way for SEVERAL YEARS!!! CVS: Costomer Value Service my toe! It seems like they hire anyone without compassion & quality Costomer Service Skills!

Absolutely terrible. These young ladies in the pharmacy seem to be lacking some type of training, they are always so unsure. When I’m inside the store I watch them look at the phone ring and ring, which I figured they do as I’m kept on hold over 45 mins each time! Ridiculous and in need of improvement or new management asap. The non pharmacy workers are short staffed it’s overall not a good location.

If I could give zero stars I would. Although this location is extremely convenient, it’s time to close this store. The shelves are always empty and there is never enough staff to service customers.

I'm at the Pharmacy right now. They told me that it would take 30 minutes to fill the prescription that I'm picking up for someone else. My issue is that the person who is supposed to fill it is doing everything else. 20 minutes have already passed. I don't understand. Being short staffed is the reason that I was given.

AVOID AVOID AVOID. This place is really understaffed (poor staff are clearly overworked) and the pharmacy is overloaded (it seems like thousands of prescriptions for staff to wade through to find yours). CVS shouldn't have closed their downtown Towson location (which we used to be able to walk to!), it's crazy busy even at 3pm on a Tuesday. I also had an experience here where their computer system couldn't deal with my two letter last name??♀️ and it took over 45 minutes to fill the prescription which was already in the system. I now use a different pharmacy chain

I went to CVS today. I need to STOP going, but it is close and convenient. They could only accept exact change because the young lady did not have a cash drawer. The guy online ahead of me was buying $5.79 worth of stuff and only had a $20. I have one word - LAME!!! and one more word RIDICULOUS!!! They really should be embarrassed, but the CEO don't care - they're making millions - and for what???And of course - like everyone else, I've stood on line at the pharmacy only to be told that they don't have my prescription AFTER receiving a text that said that it was ready.Oh yeah - I have begged them 50 times to remove the drive through pharmacy signs. I have seen soooo many people drive around and sit and wait and wait and beep and wait. . .RIDICULOUS!
