Recently the quality of customer service and the efficiency of the app have gone down. Staff are not as helpful but that seems directed by management!

I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction with the service I received at CVS Pharmacy store #4274. My experience was extremely frustrating and concerning for several reasons.
First, the pharmacy staff was not only slow in processing my prescription but also rude throughout the interaction. Despite having filled the same medication at this location three times previously, I was told that my insurance information was missing—something I find hard to believe given my history at this store.
Furthermore, I was asked an irrelevant and invasive question: “What is your relationship to your employer, ............?” I fail to understand the relevance of this inquiry in the context of a prescription refill.
After a 15-minute wait, I was finally informed that the medication was not in stock. No one asked if I was currently without the medication, nor did anyone offer to help locate it at another CVS location. This lack of care and basic customer service is unacceptable.
This is not the first time I’ve encountered issues at this location, but it will certainly be the last. After this refill, I will no longer be using CVS for my pharmacy needs. I also intend to file a formal complaint with the Better Business Bureau and share my experience on social media to make others aware.
I urge CVS management to review the practices and customer service at store #4274, as experiences like mine are damaging to your brand and to the trust customers place in your pharmacy services.

Today I went to this cvs pharmacy I'm waiting in line, then I get called next it was a gentlemen waiting on me then he comes back and says I have to wait 10 minutes for my meds. Then this Caucasian girl comes and ring me up for my meds. Then I had one item I told her I was getting it, she tells me that the line is long and I have to pay for it up front. I told her I never had to do that before she was like oh well. Then I go up from and ask can I speak to a manager about the situation and I spoke with kemmi the then I go back and ask the young lady her name and she tells me her name is Heather and the manager heard her. And said she lied about her name. Her name is Megan she has long red hair. She was rude and a lair. She needs to be retrain on how the speak to customer's and learn some respect. I had never ever had any problems at this cvs. I pray that management takes this review seriously and have a long conversation with her.

This is an amazing store with wonderful staff members. Shout out to the manager named Jenny. She is always very helpful. If I want something and it's not on the floor, she scans it with this device . She said it's to check the inventory then she goes to get it. When she comes out, she not only brings the one I want but carries quite a few to fill the empty spot on the self. When I asked her why she does this, she said she doesnt want customers think they are out of stock and lose the sale.What a great employee moral!

I feel like they attempted to steal my ups package. I called 5 times and they said they didn’t have my package. I even called 5 minutes before arriving to the store. I got to the store and they said they didn’t have my package. I threatened to call UPS and all of sudden the associate found my package. John Bautz was no help at all. He didn’t even apologize for the mishap. Lack of empathy! Btw John is also the store manager. Good thing UPS leaves tracking info and also told me who signed for my package.

I had a frustrating experience at CVS Pharmacy last night during my flu shot appointment. I arrived around 7:45 PM for my 8:00 PM appointment, which I had made online. Upon checking in at the counter, the staff member seemed confused about my appointment despite me showing my confirmation number.
He turned to the pharmacist—a lady with glasses—who appeared annoyed and asked me to wait in the designated area for my shot. While I sat there for about 15 minutes, she repeatedly asked for my name and date of birth, seeming increasingly frustrated. Despite providing the information multiple times, she struggled to locate my appointment in the system.
After a 20-minute wait, she informed me that I was at the wrong location, as my appointment was actually scheduled at the Hartford location. This was surprising and confusing for me, especially given that I was already there. What was particularly frustrating was that there was no one else waiting at the pharmacy, so I couldn't understand why they couldn't have accommodated me for a quick shot.
I ended up leaving this location at 8:08 PM and arrived at the Hartford location 20 minutes late. However, the staff there were incredibly accommodating and took me in right away, give me my flu shot in under a minute.
Overall, this experience was disappointing. As someone who has worked in customer service for nearly a decade, I find the level of professionalism and courtesy I received at this location unacceptable! If employees are not willing to provide the service they are meant to, perhaps they should reconsider their roles.

I was released from hospital who called in a prescription for me. It’s been a day and a half since Rx was called into to CVS. It’s still not ready. I just called to speak to pharmacy department who told me they are backed up, short handed and that I was not the only person waiting for their prescription. Person I spoke to was very short with me and rude! Needless to say I will be changing pharmacies.

This CVS went from one of the worst to the best. I love this store. The manager James is amazing. I watched him help and interact with my dad and was amazed. He helped my dad and didn't quickly brush him away, even entertained some of his conversation. Even when he had to help customers, he went to help them without harshly brushing my dad off. My dad got a 4 off you next purchase coupon and keep asking to go back to the CVS so he can meet James lol. As an 80 year old man, he appreciates every little interaction he gets haha. The other staff members are also all great. Its people like this that ensures a company's longevity. Keep it up.

Sam respectfully helped me, she did not rush me or make me feel like I was a boredom in anyway! She helped me to understand the OTC program, it was my first time using it! Plus she used my credit coupons to help with payment. She is a great people person! JC
