Had a Rx called in, fully expecting them not to have it in stock, but they did ! And it was ready within the hour. The cashier couldn’t have been nicer ! Kudos !

I recently changed to this pharmacy due to bad service at the pharmacy inside Target. This pharmacy provided me with excellent and courteous service. They also corrected the issue caused by the other pharmacy and enabled me to get my medication. Thanks for your patience and service although I noticed the high demand for your services with limited staffing.

I've been using this pharmacy for two years and not a single time have they had any of the medication that I needed. Nor can they get it within a reasonable time. They are disrespectful to you and they just don't care about you. I highly recommend going anywhere but here. Oh and you will wait in line for 2 to 3 hours for six cars in the drive-through, that's how slow they are.

This CVS is horrible I try and call the Pharmacy and the phone just beeps.. how do they expect patients to get they're meds and info on them?!. This is absolutely crazy!!..

Pharmacy in this location is horrible. They don’t pickup the phone or never have the prescription ready even if the doctor had sent to the pharmacy week ago. They alway have problem with their system telling that the insurance is cancelled but nothing is wrong with the insurance. Works just fine on other places.

This pharmacy thinks they need their medication no matter how we gone treated to public they have to come back. This location Never answer phone call till more then 30min, always get text we don’t have medication on stock then why they open, they think people have time cause no choice for people need medication they can do anything they can.

You'll wait over 30 minutes for the pharmacy to pick up a call. They are always short staffed. The medicine you need is never ready on time. They keep cutting back the hours of the pharmacy. If you can go to another pharmacy that takes your insurance. Go there instead! I unfortunately don't have a choice with my insurance.

This location delivers horrible service and one of the pharmacist is very rude. She actually hung up on me during a conversation one time when I called. She didn’t apologize when I went up there to address the issue. I notice that your store has quite a few negative reviews. You should consider training your staff to provide better customer service.

This CVS, like all other CVS locations, is atrociously understaffed at all times due to corporate greed. I waited on hold for the pharmacy for more than 40 minutes earlier today and then the employee answered, put me BACK on hold for 10 minutes, came back and called me by the WRONG NAME (hello HIPAA violation), and hung up on me when I said that wasn't my name.So I called back, go through all of the hoops of the IVR, and have to wait on hold again - the next employee was uncaring and rude.I've now been sitting in the drive thru for more than 20 minutes on my lunch break to pick up my medication, and it's taking so long that I will actually need to leave and I've sat here for nothing.CVS doesn't care though, because they've become nearly a full-fledged monopoly with insurance companies.Make sure you prepare for every interaction to take an hour plus.

This pharmacy is the worst. My prescriptions will be processing for days on the app. I tried to call and never get thru. So I end up having to go up there and inquire about it then have to go back when it's ready..

The pharmacy is understaffed, underplayed, and probably not well trained. I’ve never had a good experience there. I dread going because they mess up my prescriptions. Between picking up my fathers insulin and the person asking me if we “need all that?”, getting texts about prescriptions being ready and going and waiting 40 minutes for them to fill it because it’s not ready all while I listen to a woman behind the counter talk about soda to someone on the phone and being asked three separate times what I was waiting for until the last person finally followed through and got me my prescription filled and out the door, dropping off a physical prescription and waiting over a week to get a text if it’s filled, never receiving one, calling and being on hold for 20 minutes until someone picked up and asked me what I needed then abruptly put the phone down and didn’t place me on hold so I had to listen to “one pharmacy call” every few seconds while they moved around me. Among other horrible experiences, I truly despise this place. If I could give 0 stars I would

The pharmacy is super disorganized. The staff is rude. It typically takes about a half hour to get your pills. Unacceptable.
