CVS. Pharmacy slogan is " we're working on it". There is currently a race between CVS and Elon Musk to see who can fill a script or colonize Mars first. Not looking good for the former.

This pertains only to the pharmacy and everyone who works behind the pharmacy counter. I get monthly prescriptions from here and everytime I have to call to make sure it is filled. Most of the time I call they say give them an hour and it will be ready, head up there 3 hrs later to find that it has not been filled. Ask them to fill it right away, go back 2 days later and it's still not filled. These medications are essential to me being able to function throughout the day. I can't be without them. They constantly lie to you and give false information. I have the text alerts set up so I know when they are ready. Get the text saying script ready for pickup, get there and they tell me it's not ready. I will not return to CVS or and affiliated pharmacies ever again. If I could give negative starts I would

Staff is very disrespectful at the pharmacy hanging up on customers no people or pharmacy skills this is all the time. I had to call corporate to file a complaint as to the poor service time and time again at this store.

Imo they are purposefully giving garbage service and rejecting ppls prescriptions because they are overwhelmed and are inept. I Have zero problems with the workers, but the actual pharmacist…. Lol…. She’s really inept.Told me there was no such thing as a 10ml multi dose vial smh. Re enters the wrong numbers in the computer so your insurance kicks it back, because she can’t count either, It’s amazing she made it through school. She’s clearly been given special privilege her entire life. The Asian women who used to be the pharmacist was really good. This lady has a bad attitude, won’t answer your questions, and has her nose up in the air. I wouldn’t urinate on her dog if it was on fire. The staff is just overwhelmed

It’s a shame that a patient who is in pain and need their medication always have to wait 20 to 30 mins management should do something to help the community and get better with the service especially with the elderly because nobody in pain wants to wait that long to feel better changes will bring more people and shoot the ratings up and everybody won’t complain as much

This Pharmacy is the pits. Instead of trying to help you, they put you on hold and leave you holding until you decide to hang up. I would never recommend this place to no one. It used to be a decent pharmacy back in the day. Now I feel they need to close it, cause the associate's don't care about the customers anymore at this CVS. Terrible!!!!!!

pharmacy staff rude , when a medicine was out of stock but another cvs had it in stock and was told if i go to another cvs they would no longer accept our prescriptions ... really CVS DO BETTER

When I say this place USED to be ran very efficiently and had amazing customer service in 2018-2020. Now they have two young ladies that have absolutely no skills or empathy at all. They get very nasty and rude anytime you simply ask a question and you may have to wait because most of the time the never have your prescription ready or all the pills/supplements in stock. Even tho the send you t text or call two to three time a day till you physically go to pick it up… They say they’ll call you when they have your pills in stock but they NEVER do. Also make you get back out a drive thru line to circle back and wait another 30+ mins to do their actual job and again act like YOUR the problem. Smh there is only one women in there that actually is very pleasant that has red hair and glasses. Great great personality and talks to you like an actual human!!! Kudos to her!! Other than that nope!!! Will be switching my pharmacy asap.

I’ve been using CVS for over 20 years. This is the worst one I’ve ever seen. Prescriptions are never ready when they say they will be. They’re not even ready two days later. If they need to contact your doctor, forget it, it’s never happening. Looks like I’m switching to Walgreens.

I went here to pick up an rx, I am wearing a kn95 mask. There is only one pharmacy tech wearing a black surgical mask. The tech at the desk informs me she cannot give me my medicine because it is drive thru only. I'm surrounded by people coughing in a pharmacy with no masks!! She rudely made the assumption the paxlovid was for me and that I had come to the pharmacy with a car. It would have taken her 1 minute to scan and hand me the medicine I came in for. There is absolutely no signage saying Paxlovid drive thru only on the front door or at the pharmacy desk. Don't work in a pharmacy if you're scared of sick people who need medicine and think that gives you the right to belittle others.

Id give no stars. I transferred all my Rxs to Walgreens as the 500 Eastern Ave pharmacists and staff are horrible, mean and unethically, and morally sad. They made me go into withdrawals,vomiting,dizzy because they with held my medication due to error they made. Shame on the uncarring pharmacists there.I had to go to ER. Walgreens have since issued my medications without ANY issues or incompetance. After 20 yrs I WILL NEVER USE CVS PHARMACY AGAIN!

THANK YOU SOOOO MUCH for everything Ms.Judy and staff on 1/10 - 1/12 for the New Year help i received and made EVERYTHING SO MUCH EASYER BECAUSE, MY INSURANCE WAS MIXED-UP and seamed like i felt on the back burner and kind of didn't get updated fast enough and, Ms.Judy and staff took care of it while i worked and needed help because of me being buzy at work 5-7 so Thanks CVS? !!!
