Customer service at the pharmacy is run by kids with attitudes that don't want to do there job or have a problem that your even in line, the pharmacist is excellent but I don't want to meet or deal with ignorent cashiers just to get needed medication.

I went to CVS about a week ago to pick up my prescription refill. As I was in line, one of the tech dropped an open container of pills she was filling for a customer. I kept watching to see what she was going to do. She proceeds to pick up the pills and as I watched she put them back into the container, the. Proceeds to pick up a trash can where some of the pills fell into and emptied the fallen pills in the container. Everyone around her saw, said nothing and she proceeds to label the container for pick up. I immediately changed my pharmacy. I was wrong Bec I didn’t address it, but that’s highly unacceptable. I will not be returning to that location. Hope that’s not a normal practice.

The parking lot is a disaster. The store is never clean. I scheduled a vaccine online, for confirmation, I received a day of confirmation notice as well. I get to the counter and they are out of the vaccine that was confirmed 2x. I tried to call and ask a question about my appointment before arriving, no one answered the phone. I was on hold for over 25 min. I’m never coming back to this location and transferring my prescriptions away from CVS.

If you can avoid this pharmacy, do it at ALL costs. Pharmacist stood in my face and lied about submitting the claim for my husband's medication, when I returned with the insurance company on the phone, he told me that if I continued to advocate for my husband that they wouldn't fill his prescription! Absolutely outraged with the poor customer service at this pharmacy!

Having a terrible time with this pharmacy. My doctor has sent my prescriptions to them twice now; they filled part of it with the incorrect item and then said they just don't carry what was prescribed. The other 2 they claim they just never recieved. Made sure to call them outside of their stated lunchtime (1:30pm to 2:00pm as per their website) and didn't get through despite letting it ring for 30 minutes. Its a shame because this location is so convenient for me but what does that matter if they can't and/or won't actually give me my medicine or at least have someone that we can talk to regarding it?

Often have to wait long periods of time to pickup my prescriptions. When I try to call the pharmacy, no one answers. I've been on hold for 45 minutes at a time and nothing. CVS corporate has been buying up tons of pharmacies, then gutting the staff so you have to wait, and they can make money off of your health that they make worse.

This is the best, CVS in Hamilton best pharmacy just don’t come between one and 2 PM because that is when they have lunch

Was in there today June 14th. The male main pharmacist was so rude to my 10 year old daughter for asking if they had a restroom. I will never go back in there EVER! Somebody needs to talk to him!

If I could give 0 stars I would. Was trying to speak with someone in the pharmacy and was placed on hold for 20 minutes and then was hung up on. When I attempted to call back, the system said they went to lunch. Called back after the lunch break and was placed on hold for another 20 minutes. CVS, you might as well not have this store because it's wasting our time and yours.

They gave me medicine that I was allergic to and it's on my chart. Please double check your prescription before you leave the store every time. This is why I don't trust them.
