I had a medicine transferred to the Wise Ave CVS due to my
Prescription being put of stock at my local CVS, (Great, humble and respectful people at my local CVS). When I called to find out the prescription status at WISE Ave, I was told by Sarah the pharmacist on duty, that my prescription was “Too early to fill” mind you, this is a day After I was eligible to get my prescription filled. While Im humbly trying to speak, she would NOT allow me the chance to talk on the phone, by cutting me off mid sentence, not listening, and persisting she was right, when to the contrary, I had the correct date, “By Proof” from my original pharmacist in my hand. I said, “Im looking at my original fill date in my hand” my prescription the month before was given in two parts, a partial (initially), and the rest of my meds 4 days later, all she had to do, is look into the system, and she could of seen that. Sarah went by the date I picked up my second half, all the while I was given a week supply to start my monthly cycle 4 days “Before” the day she said I was given my meds. When I explained the correct date, and that I was out of my medication, she immediately assumed I was up to no good and said “There no reason you should be out” she said she was calling my doctor. I said add up the days! She would not even listen. However, Im not worried about her calling my doctor , I did absolutely nothing wrong. My dates were absolutely correct, I write everything down. And I keep ALL my records clean, clear and accurate.
However, being the thorough person I am…I drove the paperwork (proof) to her to clear up any misunderstanding, as Adults do. Sarah still would not rectify the situation, she still stood on the wrong she was doing. Even after I showed her PROOF!
She should not be in any kind of health care system nor employment where people medicine is on the line.
CVS, I hope you know what type of person Sarah is, cruel, disrespectful on the phone, will not engage in civil discourse and makes decisions without merit nor factual information.
MBoP has already been contacted, Her Regional superiors were contacted and an incident report has been made , and Monday Im making more calls.
How can any “Adult” in a professional setting, where medical needs are involved, not fix a problem even after proof was shown that they were wrong and their decision was based on not throughly doing their job ?

Horrible people work here. Nasty people rude people. They dont know anything about customer service. The pharmacy people are the worst. I dont know the one girls name but she needs help in being nice. She was the rudest person I have ever met. Im sorry to anyone that has to go there. If you can go somewhere else I would if I were you. These people are horrible. Once I pick up my child prescription I wont be back ever again.

The Pharmacy manager was so cruel and mean to me about filling a prescription for me telling me I had to take it to my usual cvs Pharmacy after traveling to them for 20 minutes because they are a 24 hour Pharmacy. I have taken the the matter to there Corporate office and filed a complaint and case against her. Shame on you for passing judgment on someone when there sick. You need to have empathy when dealing with the public. Poor customer service especially when in the medical field.

The lady at the pharmacy was so nice to me. If I could rate this by her service only this would be a 10/10. What I didn’t like was that I waited in line for 20 minutes, someone came behind me and was helped right away from a different member of the staff.

Nothing like the pharmacy hanging up on you! Rude!
Edited to add: I have been dealing with the incorrect prescription going in for THREE months. I call my Doctor for the sixth time and ask him to look up what he prescribed. It's NOT going through correctly and refuse to talk to the doctor. Are you not a pharmacy? Why hang up on someone and be snotty!? You need to reevaluate the people you hire!

Worthless CVS, always a huge line always understaffed and if you need to use the pharmacy after hours good luck as they can't fill literally almost anything before 8:15am anyway so might as well not waste your time. Dude told me if I wait the hour for 8:15am that it'll still be an hour and a half wait for my prescription even though I'm already here waiting for over a hour. What a joke.
