My fiancée had her car repaired here after a collision and she was happy with the job. Working with Kim and Chip throughout the process brought her peace of mind. She recently got new plates and I did not have the tools or ability to get the back plates off. I noticed that DARCARS Toyota had replaced the screws on the front plates, so we called them and asked if they could help us with the back plates. There were 5 technicians who came to assist and it was a hard job. One of the service members was able to muscle one of the screws off, but the second screw wouldn't budge. In the end, the technician didn't give up and got the screw out. They were very cautious about stripping the car. He replaced the stripped/rusted screws, cleaned the dirt and grime around the holes and sprayed some chemical agent to help with the tightening and loosening of the new screws. The technician changed out the plates for us and we are very appreciate of their tireless efforts. Thank you once again. We couldn't have done it without you.

If I could give 0 stars I would. My car was vandalized and I got it towed to dar cars to get it fixed. They told me it would only take 3 to 4 weeks. 4 weeks go by and my car is still yet to be touched. 1 1/2 months go by I get a call that my car is ready I go to pick it up and my back carpet was ripped out. I let them know that that wasn't there before. They told me that it was and said they weren't going to fix it. They ended up fixing it bc I refused to leave with my car like that. Took them almost 3 months to return my car to me. Service there sucks. And there's no communication what's so ever.

Zero stars. Worst customer service that I've experienced. Employees have poor communication skills and displayed incompetence. Employees we're non-responsive to my telephone calls, e-mails, and passed me from one person to another when I was simply trying to get my vehicle. The final straw was when an assistant manager passed my issue on to a receptionist.

THE WORST OF THE WORST!Regretfully, I have purchased 3 toyotas from this location and serviced my vehicles here regularly for years. If there is one thing I have learned- THIS PLACE HAS ZERO VALUE FOR ITS LOYAL CUSTOMERS and will lie, steal, and cheat to maximize their own profits.Service Manager Gary Landa is rude, dismissive, and plain terrible at his job.AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

So June 2021 I came to dar cars because of a water issue inside of my car. Dar cars said that the a/c drain was clogged , they unclogged it and said it was good to go. A year later in July 2022 my carpet is wet again from the a/c. I called Dar cars and I could not get an appointment until the 11th of August. Unfortunately I was not able to make the appointment due to work, so I called to make a new appointment I was told they can't see me until August 23 . I wouldn't even waste my time there because you're gonna have to pay for the work twice and call multiple times just to speak to someone in charge

Terrible service by the employees towards people of color. They treat them with such disrespect. Moreover their work is really shoddy and unpolished. Cannot recommend.

Poor customer service and communication! Took my '02 Corolla in to get a check engine light diagnosed. I was told the charcoal canister needed replaced, which I just replaced last year. A week later after I had time to think about it I called back to ask which step in the diagnostic of the charcoal canister failed, as there are several sensors on it, any of which could trigger the check engine light. The service advisor didn't know so got the technician who couldn't remember (that should have been logged in the records) but would review the diagnostic manual to see if that triggered his memory and the service advisor would call me back. That was the week of May 16th. I never got a call back and have since left 4 messages for the service advisor, and one with the service advisor's manager. The last time I called I was told the service advisor was with a customer and I could leave a message, but I said that I would hold instead. They then came back on the line and told me the service advisor wasn't even in the office that day. I spoke with another service advisor who pulled up my records and promised me he would call back with an answer the same day. Three days later and I still haven't received a call back. I took my car to the Toyota garage because I wanted someone to actually test the components of the emissions system and diagnose the issue, not just pull the codes and take a guess. I can do that myself.Also, I'm not sure what is going on with their price estimates, but they wanted to charge $1325 to replace the charcoal canister, while another local garage gave me an estimate of just $500. That is one hell of a mark-up!I'm happy to be corrected if I've misunderstood something, but haven't even had that chance since no one will return my calls.

The people who work here are bad built and refuse to release cars to their rightful owners. Workers allow their slow, toothless, blinks every half a second husbands to verbally assault and intimidate customers. Please do not do business with this dealership. They are a joke.

Selling department is Unprofessional, I was Schedule 4:00 pm today to buy a car and we done the price on phone. When I drive 40 mints form Harrisburg To Baltimore the person From dealership call me and said we sold that car and u don’t come 4pm . It’s was really funny if u give me appointment and we done the deal and now u selling that car to someone else. When I call the Manager he was act like he is a pizza shop manager , he didn’t help me and I’m ready Disappointed from this business team. I request to the owner to give more Training to his selling team.So simple if anyone Have plan to visit this dealership don’t go and never do business with them. Sham on there All selling department.
